This was an amazing cooking class with the wonderful chef Tony. We were taken to the local market by the lovely Annie ( sorry if I got your name wrong but you were fabulous) to get our fresh produce to begin our cooking class. This was not just a shopping expedition for the class ahead, but a complete breakdown of all of the produce at the market and their culinary attributes. We then began our class with Tony and his team.
We cooked 4 dishes in total and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the amazing meal at the end.
I would highly recommend this Thai class if you were contemplating a cooking class while in Phuket.

We learned so much from this course. I enjoyed walking around the local market and trying some of the food and it was great having a local guide who was able to explain what the foods were and how they were used.
Tony taught us how to cook a wide range of dishes. He was patient, knowledgeable and his instructions were very clear. There were only four of us on the course so we had plenty of attention when needed.
It was a great morning and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to cook some Thai food. An added benefit was that we had no washing up to do at the end!!

Tony's cooking class was an authentic cultural experience, beginning from the trip to the local market for street eats and to learn about the groceries used in Thai cooking, followed by the opportunity to cook 4 Thai meals with unlimited access to recipes after the class! Would definitely recommend!

A fabulous morning of cooking organised by Tony and delivered by chef Fern. I so enjoyed the trip to the market and learned a lot about the different ingredients in Thai cooking. Fern was delightful. Very knowledgeable and spoke great English. She stepped me through making Tom Yum soup, chicken massaman curry, pad Thai and sticky rice with Mango. Everything we made was delicious and Fern shared loads of tips on working with Thai ingredients. Tony organised my class and transport. He was great at communicating throughout and very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and really clean. Fern and I sat down together to eat our wonderful cooking and what we didn't eat, I took away with me and shared with my husband for dinner. This was a great cooking class that I would highly recommend.

A great experience in learning some of Thailand’s renowned dishes! Our instructor was extremely intuitive and made the cooking class enjoyable and interesting! This is a must if you are staying in Phuket. Thanks Tony!!!!!!

My friends and I had a great day at the class! We loved going to the markets and were taught so much about the local foods and Thai culture. We cooked four courses and all were so delicious. It was so interesting to see how authentic Thai food differs from the Thai food we eat in New Zealand. Highly recommend!

Wow! This is the third thai cooking class that I have down over the years and by far the best. We had a private class for a group of 5 with the youngest being on my 10. Tony was so knowledgeable and very patient with us all. We cooked a range of dishes and we could each choose our favorite varieties. The class was in a spotlessly clean kitchen and was air conditioned which we appreciated on a very hot day. We ended the class with a delicious Thai meal of our making. I think the class was great value for money and was easy to arrange. Tony even sorted our transport and communicated on the day to reconfirm arrangements. We couldn’t recommend Tony more highly!

We took Tony’s class on Thai cooking. It was a great experience and the results were shocking 😂 Listening to Tony and following his easy instructions I made Tom Yum Soup, Green Curry with seafood and Pad Thai and each dish was amazing! I am not a trained cook but his tips made things simple and easy for all.
We started the day with a very fun and informative market tour. Then we went back to his school/kitchen. Very nice facility and Tony waked us through the recipes with outstanding results.
I highly recommend this as an outing!

This was so fun! Tony was very patient letting us smell and sample different spices and flavors along the way. He provided tips and tricks for new skills and to improve the ones I have. Tony made it simple and easy to understand! He also sent his recipes and offered to help virtually when we get home if we forget something. He also made sure to use ingredients we could get back home. Ann was also very sweet making sure we had great pictures and clean dishes along the way! It was such a fun experience and I definitely feel more educated on Thai cuisine! :)

Wir haben EXTRA diesen Kochkurs gebucht, da er als Deutscher Kochkurs angepriesen wurde. Als wir kurz vor dem Kochkurs eine Mail auf englisch erhalten haben, ahnten wir böses. Als wir dann abgeholt wurden und im Auto nachfragten, wer den Kurs gibt, und uns der Fahrer gesagt hat, dass er den Kurs gebe, hatten wir den "Salat". Der Kursleiter konnte kein Wort deutsch - zum Glück - konnten wir etwas Englisch. Aber Ferienenglisch ist nicht gleich Englisch für Lebensmittel. Wenn dann die Lebensmittel in deiner Heimat nicht gebräuchlich sind, wird es immer schwieriger.
Ich kann den Kurs inhaltlich als Kochkurs empfehlen, aber NICHT als deutscher Kochkurs! Das war echt schade, denn dieser Kurs war nicht günstig!
