Ciao, benvenuto a Busan
Sono nato a Busan e vivo qui da oltre 40 anni. Ho servito molti tipi di cibi coreani fatti in casa ai miei amici stranieri e ho ottenuto una buona valutazione. Sto anche conducendo corsi di cucina casalinga a viaggiatori provenienti da tutto il mondo in inglese e cinese.
Come forse saprai, i cibi coreani sono famosi con la cucina casalinga. Penso che sia facile imparare le ricette coreane se sei interessato a cucinare.

We visited a local market to buy everything we needed to prepare radish kimchi. It was great having a local guide who explained how the market operates and shared insights about Korean culture and lifestyle in general. Once we had everything, we headed to a dedicated kitchen to learn how to make the kimchi.
Afterward, we went to a nearby pork grill restaurant. The meal was super cool ! And once again, we had the chance to learn about typical Korean dishes and try new flavors.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. We probably asked a lot of questions, but we got answers to everything, plus some great tips for the rest of our time in Korea!

Thank you very much for participating in my kimchi-making class with your sister. We made kimchi in my shared kitchen after purchasing key ingredients at a traditional market. Using about an hour and a half of the time when the radish was salted, we moved to a nearby restaurant and enjoyed the grilled pork. I was also pleased that both you and your sister enjoyed Korean pork. Thank you again for joining my kimchi-making class.

It was so nice. We did a quick tour of the fish market, then we cooked the kimshi and went to dinner together with our guide. The kimshi was so good, and our guide very available. He gaves us a lot of informations about korean culture, advices for the rest of our journey etc... it was a very pleasant moment we spend with him. And we return back home with our own kimshi!

Thank you for participating in my cooking class with your brother. In accordance with your request, we had a cooking class to make radish kimchi. We visited Bujeon Market, the most traditional market in Busan, purchased the main ingredients needed to make kimchi, and then moved to the shared kitchen to make kimchi. Thank you very much both of you and your brother for enjoying my cooking class. I hope you have an amazing time in Seoul, too.

We had an excellent time during our class and would highly recommend it to anyone in Busan! We had an informative tour of Bujeon market before heading to the kitchen for our cooking class where we made three different dishes which we got to choose from an extensive menu of options sent ahead of time via WhatsApp. We had a great time and the food was delicious - be prepared to have leftovers to take home. Big thank you to our excellent teacher and would highly recommend this experience to anyone with an extra day in Busan.

Thank you for joining my cooking class. We met at 10am and after a tour of Bujeon Market, we took a bus to my kitchen to enjoy cooking. In Bujeon Market, I introduced you to a fish cake shop where you can sit and relax and use a clean restroom. After cooking, I also served you two kinds of makgeolli while you were enjoying your meal. I think makgeolli goes really well with kimchi dishes. Thank you again for joining my cooking class.

We had a great afternoon and evening with Mister Chang! We did the food market tour together with another couple. We gained a lot of background history and nice tips on how to go through the market. We went up some buildings for some nice views and walked around at a nice pace for about 1.5/2 hours. We also booked the dinner part, so we went to Mr. Chang's kitchen studio by bus. We bought some drinks at the market and had nice chats while Mr. Chang cooked several dishes with fresh seafood and nice condiments! After dinner we discussed more amazing things about Busan and he gave us a lot of tips for hikes and restaurants that we followed up. Mr. Chang is very approachable and speaks proper English. You can reach out to him through whatsapp and he responds really quick. So definitely book a tour with him when you are in Busan!! You'll have a great time and a really good connection whenever you are in Busan.

Our guide, Suyang, delivered an incredible experience. Our tour and dinner were personalized to our food preferences. We learned a lot and ate well. Suyang was knowledgeable and friendly. The man can cook! Some of the best food we ate on our trip we bought at the market. In particular, we loved his curry shrimp. There was a longer transport from the market to the kitchen than expected, but Suyang bought us all the beer and soju we wanted in the end:) We would book this tour again!

Highly recommended Suyang samchon tour! Suyang reached out to us before the tour to check if we wanted to stay until midnight for the tour! He came with lanterns and flashlight to help us take beautiful photos at night! Suyang speaks English and Mandarin well! Will definitely rebook with him when we visit Busan again!

Busan Samchon, Suyang is the best tour guide! He's very personable and easy to communicate with! The tour is small so I get to ask a lot of questions about Korea and the site! He went above and beyond to help me looking for a snack for my friend back home! I really appreciate his kindness!

The tour guide is very friendly and professional, totally push the tour guide today! Although the leaves are not red a little unfortunate, it will not affect the whole trip. Korean fasting experience is also interesting, the first time to eat vegetarian Korean sausages.

We could not have had a better time, this experience FAR exceeded our expectations. The meet up was easy and the market adventure was awesome. Dinner after the market was an unexpected surprise and very good. We prepared the marinated abalone and will be making it when we return home.

Thank you for participating in my cooking class. You chose marinated abalone, a special menu. I provided a simple but delicious version of the sauce recipe for you to make the marinated abalone. It is hard to wash the abalone before making the marinated abalone, but you cleaned all the abalone well. Once again, thank you for joining my marinated abalone cooking class.

It was a fabulous tour and I would highly recommend it!
Suyang is a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide, who kept me informed of the tour plans and the tour ran as per itinerary.
This was the first night of the Jinju Namgang Yudeung Festival 2024 and were lucky to watch the drone show and fireworks, which is only scheduled on specific nights.
Due to the large scale of the festival, we kept together as a group. My tips are to wear comfy walking shoes, as we did not stop for long periods and the walking paths are not always flat. There is so much to see on both sides of the river. Carry water and small snacks as there are few vendors on the castle / fortress side. Plenty of vendors on the other side of the river.

Thank you very much for participating in the Jinju Namgang Yudeung Festival Tour. I was surprised by the huge crowd, maybe because it was the first day. A total of three guests participated in the tour, and with the cooperation of guests , the tour ended smoothly on schedule. The three guests returned to Busan at 10 p.m. due to their personal schedule, and I would like to recommend next guests to return to Busan at 12 p.m. to see all the lanterns smoothly. Hi i would like to know the complete itinerary of the $700 Pohang Hometown chachacha tour package that departs from Busan. Will you pick us up at our hotel? Around what time does this tour usually finish? what kind of vehicle will be used for a group of 4? Does it include drop off at the Pohang Station (KTX) after the tour? Please advise. Thank you.
