A nice different kind of waterfall. We went around 9am and had it to ourselves for about an hour, which was very nice. Can swim in the pool in the top and wade in the bottom. Be very careful on the rocks because they get very slippery!

I have done a lot of waterfalls in Bali and this is one of my favourite ones of all time , if you know you know , also not as touristy like the rest 5⭐️ from me :)

Goa Rang Reng - Not as touristy as some

This is a lovely waterfall, which when I visited, I wish I had more time as it was completely deserted other than my friend and I despite it being mid afternoon.
This place doesn't seem as touristy as some of the others and there are great places to explore.
Reef shoes are highly recommended if trekking up along the rope to the top as the rocks are extremely slippery.
There are some nice spots where you can just sit in amongst the water playing over you and take in the whole tranquil scenery.

TA MAP IS WRONG!!!!

The location on the TA map is WRONG. This is not where the cave / falls (shows as just off Jl. Monkey Forest). The caves are a long long way from here!

Waterfall tours are different from other waterfall forms, because the shape is sloping, not shaped like a waterfall usually. So that is why this waterfall is very aesthetic in the form of tourist attractions. In addition, there is a river found for tourists to try their adventure with the cliffs surrounding it.

Водопад на 4ку, а вот отношение местных гидов - хочется вмазать 😠

Были 23.02.2020. Вход стоит уже 20 000 рупий. За эти деньги вы увидите один водопад. Симпатичный, каскадный, фото прикрепляю. Там около 30 людей стандартно тусуют.
А тот водопад, который везде на фотографиях, вы не сможете лицезреть, потому что для прохода к нему нужно ещё заплатить принудительный фиксированный донейшн - 150 000. При всём уважении, невероятная сумма за ничего. Самое интересное, вам даже билета никто не даст, то есть это чисто выдумка местных ребят, которые перекрыли вход и решили за этот "secret waterfall" сшибать по 150тыс. Когда спросила у этого "local guide" за что такая сумма, скривившись, ответил, что он здесь убирает. Нууу было бы нас пятеро - можно было бы ему всечь, чтобы не борзел и не придумывал ни за что сшибать деньги, но нас было двое, я громко повозмущалась, фыркнула и ушла. Обойти этого гида никак не получилось, может кому повезёт больше ;)

Не ведитесь на услуги гида. Очень красивый водопад, в 5мин езды на мопеде - Tibumana, и искупаться, и пофоткаться, и не переклачивать в пустую деньги непонятно кому, потратился их на что-то другое в Убуде, но явно не в карман этим горе-бизнесменам

Eines der Highlights unserer Reise

Wir hatten über diesen Ort in einem alternativen Reiseführer gelesen. Das zahlte sich aus, weil er eben nicht so überlaufen war. Die Rivertrekking-Tour zum Secret Waterfall war wunderschön und wir waren sehr froh, dass wir einen Guide dabei hatte. Von Aufdringlichkeit konnte keine Rede sein, sondern wir haben den Guide erst auf Nachfrage gefunden. Angenehm war, dass er direkt am Anfang meinte, dass die Höhe der "Spende" ganz allein unsere Sache sei. Gerade so, wie es uns gefallen hat. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir nahmen den Aufenthalt dort als einzigartiges Erlebnis wieder mit nach Hause. Nur zu empfehlen und wer meint, hier zwei, drei Euro zuviel auszugeben, lässt es einfach bleiben!

My boyfriend and i were there today. We were at the waterfalls for free, then we made a tour with the guide named made. He showed us the hidden waterfalls and the swing. It was really beautiful and so quiet. The river was also pretty beautiful. He took a lot of pictures from my boyfriend and me. He was very funny, friendly and it was nice going with him. He knew exactly where every rock was and warned us about deep waters and rocks. We paid only what we wanted to pay. We only can recommend this tour and the guide. If you're go there ask for made! He's about 22 year old and he showed a lot effort to make beautiful pictures of the 2 of us and he showed us literally everything!

Wir wurden von einem Guide zuerst zum "öffentlichen" Wasserfall begleitet. Er hat uns gezeigt, wo wir hinstehen und laufen können. Morgens ist hier noch sehr wenig los.
Danach sind wir mit ihm noch zu einem "secret place" durchs Flussbett gelaufen. Hier hat er immer wieder Fotos und Videos von uns gemacht. Rutschfeste Wasserschuhe waren sehr hilfreich.
Am Ende gab es noch eine Schaukel neben einem Wasserfall. Das Wasser war teilweise brusthoch. Insgesamt war diese Tour sehr cool und romantisch.
Der Guide erzählt einem dann am Ende, dass die meisten 300k pro Gruppe geben. Er nimmt aber auch weniger und ist mit allem zufrieden. Also bitte nur soviel geben, wie es euch auch Wert war.
Viel Spaß. Diese Tour ist sehr zu empfehlen.
