Wish there was a tab for negative rating...they are extremely bad. Receptionist suggested a 30min head and shoulder treatment as I was short of time. The quality delivered was so bad that I felt bad and more tired. For head and shoulder they made me lie down and don't know what the lady did for 30min taht at the end I was still at pain alongwith ghastly hair fall and severe neck spasm. Infact she did not even bother to comb and tame the hair before I left. I had to use the aircraft pouch to collect all hair strands as they were all over.
Their CEO does not respond to consumer feedback and has a blind eye to all experience.... Assuming they are running the business to loot people and get investments....
Don't have words but the worst ever place... Will never recommend anyone under any circumstance.
Call centre people are also equally apathetic and keep responding they will check and call... More than 2 weeks and no response... Absolute waste of time money and mental peace.

So I reached the airport early and had my check i and security check done very fast with ample time remaining in my hand before the boarding would start. I was wandering around the airport looking at what to do (I can't sleep at the airport chairs). I saw the 02 spa. I had just come from a hectic wedding schedule and was so excited to see this. Without second thoughts I went to the spa. They have a bunch of options. I don't remember exactly which one I got but it was a 60 min. massage. I requested a female masseuse. Inside the spa is dark and I loved that it was dark. I missed asking the name of my masseuse as she immediately got to work once I had changed. She made sure to ask me if the pressure was good for me. As far as the massage itself, it was very good. My masseuse was very professional and did an excellent job. I loved it. It was so relaxing. They also made sure to know which flight I was supposed to board so they could keep a check on timing so I do not end up missing the flight. I think I almost fell asleep during the massage. The price is somewhat on the higher side but it is understandable since they are inside the airport. Overall my experience was great and I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to unwind at the airport.

I enjoyed a good body massage before my flight which helped me to relax and sleep on the flight

I had visited this spa located in the international departure section of Bangalore airport. My morning flight to Bangkok got delayed and I decided to release stress here. This is an upscale spa with nice ambience. Service was good and staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable.

It is nice and cool to enjoy the )2 Spa while waiting in transistor. Located at a very prominent place surrounded by shopping centres and restaurants. Friendly staff and good service.

after a long drive from Mysore it's the best place to relax urself... Situated in the center of international airport... U can relax before taking flight....

Pretty expensive price tag in domestic terminal .. mostly have no offers ..but a nice and relaxing foot reflexology overall .. good if price was decent enough instead of membership packs . will repeat if price quote gets decent in-sync with what market offers rather than expensive membership packs.

This is a really nice spa at the airport. Great way to pass time if your flight is delayed. The foot spa is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and the service is great.

If your flight is delayed or if you happen to reach early enough to have half an hour or more on hand, then you could visit this spa.
The masseuse named Ms.Binita was extremely nice in giving me an excellent foot massage, especially having understood some of the points where i have a lot of pain and needed more pressure.
As i keep visiting BIAL often, I will avail of this service more often.
I appreciate the O2 management for this wonderful facility / service extended in many airports!
