Non è possibile non avvistare il Burj Khalifa di Dubai, l'edificio più alto del mondo. Esso domina la città e sorge nel prestigioso quartiere di Downtown. Nei mesi più freddi, attraversa uno dei tanti ponti del parco Burj Khalifa e goditi un pic-nic accanto a residenti e turisti oppure un pranzo o una cena mentre ammiri le fontane danzanti. Grazie alla sua eterogeneità, Downtown è un posto fantastico per mescolarsi con gli abitanti di Dubai e osservare il loro stile di vita in un clima davvero cosmopolita.

Such a lovely spa experience! I was warmly welcomed by aseel and shown around to their spa facilities by a nice lady - my spa treatment was done by phim, ultra friendly and super professional - a real expert in this field, she focused on the areas that needs more de-stressing and recommended products that will improve my muscle pain - so happy that i chose this spa and will definitely be booking my next treatment, really soon!

I tried their facial service it was amazing the specialist called peam i think she was professional. The spa facilities is very nice and luxurious. Also the treatment was really nice . She opened the products box use it during the facial and then gave me the remaining which was full size products, the shoulders massage was amazing for sure will try their full body massage next time.

This is one of elegant spas in Dubai. I was received by a warm welcome of the staff. The facilities are top notch with nice ambient lighting.
My therapist was Susan from Bali. She is extraordinary great and made my day. She was able to relief couple of discomfort points like my back and calves. I will make sure to book another session with her, 90 mins went so fast.

Everything was fantastic. The spa is clean, organized, quiet and the staff is welcoming and very friendly. I have had hundreds of massages and this was by far the best. (ask for Phim)

My wife booked a spa treatment and the spa confirmed her voucher for 50% was valid. I then paid the bill and did not implement the 50% discount. We only realised the mistake at night once the spa was already closed and we were checking out in the morning before they opened. I called them the same morning and they admitted their mistake and said they would refund. They asked I email my bank account details which I did. They have never refunded me. I have sent several reminders. At first they would reply saying they are following up but then they just stopped replying. Not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. I feel cheated and clearly they don't value customers.

The Spa at Address Dubai Mall is great! My fiancé and I went for a 90 minute massage and the girls (in my case Susan was the Massage therapist) did know what they were doing. I will definitely recommend the spa!!
