We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our driver, Kenan, was wonderful. Being able to sit back and relax with gorgeous views and educational conversation was priceless. We checked off so much of our to-list in one day and it was exceptionally easy. I would not hesitate to book with them for any transportation needs around Croatia or Bosnia.

Using Taxi Pajo was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing transfers or for multi-city trips. Booking was extremely easy as Mili is very responsive via WhatsApp. A friend and I used him for a 6 day trip through the Balkans (Bosnia and Hercegovinia, Croatia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia). Mili was extremely professional, ALWAYS punctual, available, and a safe driver. In addition, he put in the extra effort to make our trip easy by providing helpful recommendations/tips throughout, and he even exchanged some currency with us to save time and ensure we could see everything we wanted to. I learned he also does trips in more of Europe than just the Balkans, so I'm most definitely using him again if I'm in the area.

My family and I used Taxi Pajo last week between Dubrovnik and Mostar. The owner, Mili, was extremely helpful and responsive leading up to the trip. I appreciated his help with planning.
We also had the pleasure of Kenan driving us. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the area. We learned a lot along the drive and he gave us excellent recommendations for Mostar. He was also very patient with us and our 22 month old daughter.
I highly recommend using Taxi Pajo.

Maja was an amazing guide. She was super flexible with the itinerary and went above and beyond in helping us. Great communication and super quick responses. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mostar

I used Taxi Pajo four times for airport transfers from Sarajevo to Mostar, back to Sarajevo, as well as from Mostar to Dubrovnik. I used Taxi Pajo for myself as well as when traveling with a small group. The cars and vans are always clean and comfortable and the drivers are always punctual, helpful, friendly, and safe. Communication beforehand is really clear. I will continue using Taxi Pajo when traveling in Bosnia-Hercegovina and would recommend this company.

I have had the pleasure of using Taxi Pajo in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina and I can't get full rust them enough. They are really reliable and they always respond in time. The communication via WhatsApp was simple and the drivers were safe and professional. Both the cars and the service were of high quality. I used them to Sarajevo and a trip to Trogir, and they did not disappoint. Highly recommended

Mili communicated well with us. He arrived early at our apartment, and helped us carry our luggage down three floors even though we didn’t ask him, because he saw us from his car.
His driving was smooth, and the conversation was enjoyable. As we neared our destination, he helped us find the best way to get to it on foot, because it wasn’t easily accessible. He then helped us with our baggage, again.

I booked Mili (Taxi Pajo) for an 11 day trip around the Balkans from Kotor, Montenegro to Nesebar, Bulgaria. He was absolutely the best! He is an absolute professional. Timely, kind, informative, and accommodating! The car was perfect and the AC was the best, as we went through each country every day above 35°. He also gave excellent recommendations when it came to his hometown of Mostar. My friends worked with him last year and I'm glad they did because I will use his services again and recommend him to everyone!

Taxi Pajo is the best transportation company. I had the pleasure of being driven by Kenan. The car was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Kenan was a superb driver. He spoke knowledgeably of the area and did not look at his phone for even a second while driving! I would recommend them to everyone.

We used Taxi Pajo twice whilst in Bosnia. Our car hire we had booked weeks before in Sarajevo fell through (“sorry we can’t honour your car hire contract as we don’t have enough cars today”??), so we had to work out some transport.
We stumbled upon Taxi Pajo who gave us a fantastic service. Easy communication through WhatsApp, prompt service (they arrived to the minute both times!).
We booked Taxi Pajo for 5hrs one day to drive us to the sights around Mostar and then to transport us from Mostar to Sarajevo Airport.
Cars were modern & comfortable and both drivers were safe.
I’d definitely use Pajo again.
