Chef Grace is an excellent instructor with lots of patience. It was a great cultural and submersible experience. We were even given the recipes we learned and can’t wait to share what we learned with our family. First time for good Kate Kare- homemade peanut butter and banana blossoms—- delicious.

This was a very nice experience. We booked the Thai cuisine course and asked in advance for a seafood option and it was no problem to arrange for them - of course the seafood comes at a small surcharge, but this was totally worth it.
We started with being invited to a cold juice and then were introduced to the staff. then the cooking experience really started. All was very clean and very professional. All ingredients were prepared, except for the fresh herbs and beans that we first harvested ourselves for their ecological farm (no pesticides, all natural)
We were given exact and good instructions of how to prepare the five dishes that we were cooking: Som Tam (with fresh shrimp), Tom Yum (with fresh seafood), Pad Thai (with shimp), Yello Coconut Curry (fresh mixed seafood), cooked banana with coconut cream.
All ingredients were fresh and the end result was fantastic, thanks to the exact amounts and superb instructions.
the whole course was going on in a relaxed atmosphere, maybe because we were the only participants.
We booked directly and payed 2k peso per person. Not cheap, but totally worth it. If you like cooking, you probably will like this.
