I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for the exquisite High Tea service and the exceptional hospitality I had the pleasure of experiencing on the 20/8/2023.
The High Tea at your establishment was not only a culinary delight but also a true testament to the outstanding service your team provides.
However, what truly set this experience apart was the warmth and attentiveness of your staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and made to feel like an honored guests. The staff were not only knowledgeable about the tea and menu but also enthusiastic in sharing their expertise.
I must commend Mr Sisira Rahman and the team for going above and beyond to accommodate our special requests from the time of booking ( 32 pax ).Their willingness to personalize the experience made the High Tea truly memorable.
The High Tea at Galle Face Hotel verandah restaurant was more than just a culinary experience; it was a journey through flavors and a moment of respite in a world of luxury. I left with a heart full of gratitude and a memory I will cherish.

I had dinner with my friends on 9/16/2023 at Royal Thai Restaurant, Cinnamon Lake Hotel Colombo.
From the time we entered right upto our departure it was excellent hospitality, courtesy and extremely helpful tips during dinner. Waiters/ waitresses, specially Isuru who was assigned to our table, treated us like “royalty “.
The dishes were delicious to say the least. Both vegetarian/ non-veg dishes were equally delectable to say the least.
All in all ROYAL THAI MADE OUR DAY, after a disappointing attempt at another restaurant in a 5-star hotel in Colombo the same day!
PLEASE KEEP IT UP, YOUR INNOVATIVE DISHES AS WELL AS THE SERVICE ROYAL THAI.

我最喜欢这个公园的是鸟类丰富，我们5个朋友从中国的北京和深圳来斯里兰卡，热爱自然探索，专门拍摄鸟类和动物。斯里兰卡的Salindra博士，曾是斯里兰卡青年生物学家协会的主席，现任斯里兰卡野外鸟类学小组的秘书，萨伯勒格穆沃大学讲师，是研究动物群落生态学、生物多样性认证、恢复与生态学的专家。由他带领，我们游览了seethawaka wet zone botanic gardens Awissawella，这个植物园，在这里拍摄了十几种的鸟类。————中国北京 Baobao

This is the 3 rd visit for the past one year. This visit I am staying for 2 weeks. The staff are so wonderful and always smiling. It is so nice to be treated by such friendly staff. Love to mention some names. Gayani Punchhewa the front desk manager, Warren Hakel assistant manager front desk, Priyani who always smile and get up when I come out of the lift, Gamani from the concierge team who is always there willing to serve, Prasad, bar manager, Minoli from the restaurant, Hirushani the ever smiling host restaurants. These are more people I like to mention.
It is a second home for me. Will support this hotel any day

le chauffeur/guide n'était pas du tout au courant du programme que nous devions suivre, nous avons même dû payer son parking au shopping mall dans lequel nous n'avons pas rester plus qu'une heure.... La société organisatrice que j'ai eu en ligne nous a dit qu'aucunes entrées n'étaient prévues dans le prix, tout est en supplément, donc +/- 50€ par personne juste pour le taxi (40km par trajet) est TRES cher payé je trouve. Finalement nous n'avons vu que le shopping et l'entrée du musé national... Tellement déçus nous avons demandé de retourner à l'hôtel
Sur le programme la seule seul chose qui est inscrite dans le non inclus = Nourriture et pourboire... Soit c'est "ripoff" soit la description est très mauvaise. J'ai eu la société "Moonlight" au téléphone, alors que le billet indique OTN Travel et ce dernier n'a rien trouvé de mieux que de me raccrocher au nez... Bref notre visite de Colombo pour notre dernier jour au Sri Lanka fut un DESASTRE

The guide made a real effort to show us interetsing little things that were sometimes off the beaten track. One memeber of our group is a photogrpaher and he went out of his to take us to get close up and tthe more difficult shots of the wildlife. Fresh fruit and coconuts was a nice suprise when he took us to sandbank where we chilled out on some plastic chairs he bought with for us to sit on in the water. The fruit was delicious!

My college trip organized last summer to go to visit the beauty of Sri Lanka. We hired drivers of OTN World Company, Amila and Kumara, who took us to different places. We went to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Colombo Dutch Museum, Tangalle Beach and some other sites. Amila and Kumara proved to be nice hosts ever. They guided us very well. I am hoping to visit again Sri Lanka this summer too.

I just came back from a tour to Sri Lanka with my husband. It was a mesmerizing tour ever. The driver of OTN world company, Janith, came to receive us. He warmly welcomed us. We stayed at Oakray Hotel kandy. Janith took us to visit Kandy & nuwara Eliya. We met with new things and got new information. Besides this, the beauty of Sri Lanka impressed us much. I wish to have a tour to Sri Lanka again!

Just came back from my visit of Sri Lanka. My parents and my siblings accompanied me to this astounding and worth remembering trip to Sri Lanka which is a place like heaven on Earth. We stayed at cinnamon Lakeside Colombo Hotel which was located at a very beautiful sight. From the window of our room, we could see the beautiful blue sea with it's limitless horizons. Moreover, that scene was even more mesmerizing when the sun would set and we could observe it. Our tour driver Mr. Janith who took us to various places like Sigiriya,kandy ,Galle ,Willpattu was quite pleasant and informative who kept on telling us about different recreational places. We visted willpattu where we encountered some leopard and an Bear .Then we moved forward to Safari for spectating other animals. Moreover, our stay at Sri Lanka was much cheaper and it is much difficult to describe my days in Sri Lanka in a single review as there is too much to dig into.
