Amazing massage

I got a massage last minute with Gladys and it was AMAZING!! The spa is small but clean and very relaxing, with a sauna and shower. I will definitely come back to see Gladys again.

It was excellent. Raquel did an amazing job. I highly recommend it. She has a great hands, she really made the difference

Excellent SPA in Guatemala City

I stayed for a few days at the Real Inter Continental Guatemala Hotel, so I had the opportunity to go to the SPA for massage. I chose deep-tissue massage and the therapist was Angie. She did an excellent and very professional work, with her own techniques. Overall, the quality of the massage was excellent, but I believe that the hotel can improve the place a bit more to enhance the experience of its customers.

Stayed at the hotel and decided to have a spa day. It was great they did an amazing job. left there feeling like a million bucks will be coming back for sure.

Great, relaxing Massage

Had a great massage at the Spa Intercontinental. I highly recommend it for anyone staying at the Intercontinental Hotel. My masseuse was Evette and she was very professional, caring and competent. The facilities were beautiful. I highly recommend Evette!

Excelente cóctel que me ofrece el capitán del restaurante una mezcla con un gran sabor de syrup de mezcla de frutos rojos, con citricos con un excelente balance en el sabor y decoración elegante

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Guatemala for one night. My flight arrived late and I had a meeting first thing in the morning and I wanted to get my hair washed and dried. I looked up the area in zona viva but I wouldn`t have been able to make it to any nearby hair salon - On a whim I decided to look up if the hotel had a hair salon and lucky me, they have a beautiful spa that closes at 11pm (times might be different on weekdays and weekends) - I called and booked an appointment. I ended up also having a facial and a body scrub treatment, plus my hair after. It was heavingly! thank you so much to the wonderful Ivette for being so attentive!

I look forward to coming back to the spa on my next visit - I asked and you can come even if you`re not staying at the hotel (which by the way was a fantastic stay that I will review separately)

Great Hotel!

I stayed at this hotel earlier this month, May 2017. It is a very upscale hotel, clean, and the rooms are big with very comfortable beds. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who may be looking for a good rest and a secure location as well.
