Terrible absolutely TERRIBLE customer service they are NOT willing to reply to my email and when I called them the guy was really rude with me and said he is not willing to help me at all!!... 😡😡😡

How to Start this review of Aerobus. TERRIBLE !
I created this account solely to write this review of this company that’s how utterly disgusted and disappointed I am. My wife uses this company 2 - 3 times a year due to them picking up in Vienna and Budapest never really had a problem however she has never had to speak to the owner Attila Domonkos before who is a rude petulant man who has no customer service skills whatsoever who thinks it’s acceptable to not respond to emails unless payment of money is involved.
We booked flights 3 weeks ago to Hungary from the UK to see relatives like we do every year and booked transportation from Budapest to gyor and a return journey using aerobus however due to the lack of communication from the company we have had to make other arrangements for a return journey which we tried to arrange from the UK before we arrived. We sent 7 correspondence emails with the company which took until 7pm the night before the journey for them to reply with a time slot that we could make our flight with due to the COVID 19 restrictions at the airport. When I sent them an email politely stating we would have to cancel as we made other arrangements to get to the airport due to the last minute response of company I got a short and blunt email demanding 50% of the fee because we are cancelling after the 1 working day cancellation time when they only confirmed less than 12 hours before pick up which I said was unreasonable and I wasn’t going to pay as I waited 5 days for a response from the last email I sent and I have made other arrangements that’s when the owner Attila domonkos replied “I wish customers like you for our competitors”.
I raved about this company for the 7 years I have used them I now will look elsewhere for a company that REPLY when emailed , CARE about customers and the service they provide and not owned by passive aggressive rude men.

We had wanted to take the train from Vienna to Budapest, which would have entailed dragging our luggage from our hotel near the Schoenbrun in Vienna to the Vienna train station, and from the trains station in Budapest to our hotel there.
Aerobus Hungary provides bus service from Vienna airport to Budapest, so I inquired about hotel-to-hotel service. They were willing, but in a private vehicle, not a bus. The price would be 32,900 HUF (v. 26,900 from the airport).
We also decided to use them to get from the Budapest hotel to our hotel at the Vienna airport, for which they charged the 26,900 HUF.
In both instances the drivers were on time and extremely courteous, the cars were clean and comfortable. The only unfortunate negative was that neither driver knew much English, and we knew no Hungarian, so there was no narrative.
