Servizio eccellente, molto veloci e sicuri per muoversi dall’aeroporto al centro città. Costo non eccessivo se ci si sposta in gruppo.

Ho usato la navetta sia dall'aeroporto che verso l'aeroporto. A parte un misunderstanding all'andata (l'autista ci aveva lasciato all'indirizzo di un altro cliente!!), per il resto è andato tutto benissimo

Per chi viaggia senza gruppo questo servizio è necessario , vi accompagna al vostro hotel spendendo una cifra abbordabile .

Noi ci siamo trovati bene. Arrivati agli arrivi dell'aeroporto di Budapest il 21 aprile, abbiamo trovato un ragazzo con un cartello con vari nomi, tra cui il mio. Appena presentata lui ha contattato il nostro autista che è arrivato circa 5 minuti dopo e ci ha accompagnato in albergo. Il sabato successivo doveva arrivare alle 9.30 a riprenderci in albego, scesi nella hall cinque minuti prima lo abbiamo visto fuori che stava aspettandoci. Minibus non nuovissimi ma comunque servizio perfetto.

utilizzato con autista per andata e ritorno dall'aeroporto in gruppo. abbastanza economico e puntuale. prenotabile on line. unico neo Van guasto (non frenava bene!!!) al ritorno che non è stato sostituito.

Il nostro volo arrivava a mezzanotte. Usciti dall'aeroporto ci sono una serie di lavagnette dove individuare il proprio nome. Aspettato 10 minuti è arrivato L'autista che ci ha portato sotto l'hotel. Avevo pagato anticipatamente online. Nessun problema.

Nessuno è venuto per noi. Abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora prima dell'appartamento. Erano andati con i nostri soldi che abbiamo pagato in anticipo per il viaggio di ritorno.

Il servizio e la comunicazione sono stati eccellenti, il prezzo è onesto, l'autista è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ho fatto un viaggio comodo e piacevole.

I messaggi della compagnia con il numero dell'autista non erano arrivati quando il nostro aereo è atterrato e non c'era un numero di emergenza per i voli in arrivo dopo le 20:00. Ero bloccato all'aeroporto, incapace di contattare nessuno per sapere cosa stava succedendo e non c'erano auto al punto di incontro designato. Ho un taxi. Alla fine l'autista ha chiamato l'1. 5 ore dopo l'atterraggio dell'aereo. Stava bene con quello che avevo fatto, ma poi l'azienda ha cercato di suggerire che era colpa mia, che avevo il numero e ho semplicemente scelto di pagare due volte per lo stesso servizio! Si sono rifiutati di rimborsare il mio pagamento, ma fortunatamente avevo pagato tramite PayPal e PayPal mi ha rimborsato immediatamente senza nemmeno cercare copie delle mie e-mail, ecc. commento. Non mi lamenterei se fosse solo il mancato ritiro poiché possono verificarsi errori, ma discutere, incolpare me per il problema e cercare di fregarmi sembrava davvero poco professionale e valeva la pena avvertire gli altri. C'erano un sacco di taxi, molto ben organizzati, mi chiedevo se fosse comunque necessario un ritiro prenotato in anticipo.

We understand the stress, when someone cannot use the ordered service. However not facing someone's own fault and publicly trying to ashame a company is not the proper way.
The driver's phone number was sent to you via e-mail and SMS at 4 pm that day. Proofs were sent to you, but you ignored these.
You state that you did not receive these messages, still you could call the phone number from which we sent you the SMS, although this phone number is not public. Hence the only way you could know this number: you did receive the SMS with the driver's phone number.
Regarding PayPal: as you can see our reviews on Tripadvisor, most clients are happy with our service, so no, PayPal does not have any "bad record" whatsoever about us. Worth to mention: PayPal does not cathegories companies like this.
Furthermore: no, PayPal did not send your money back yet. You just opened a chargeback case. On our side we provided all documents for PayPal to prove that our driver was on the spot (GPS coordinates of the vehicle, photo about the flight board) and the copy of the SMS and email in which we sent you the driver's mobile number.

Hello! I booked a return transfer for a group of students almoust a month ago. It was immediately paid by card. I wrote in the notes that we need an invoice. Hello, sorry for not replying here sooner. We answer all emails within a few hours, however it happens sometimes due to some reason an email is not delivered. We checked our inbox and spam folder as well, but haven't found your email. If you do not get a response from us, it is better to call or just send a text message (SMS). Kind regards, Daniel

Hello,
first of all we are not miniBUD. miniBUD provides a shared transfer. We are BUDtransfer. We provide private transfers.
If you book online, the confirmation is instant and the service is guaranteed. If you did not receive the confirmation email, it can have three reasons and the solution:
1, you misspelled your email address in the online booking form
Solution: send us an email and we will resend you the booking confirmation to your correct email address
2, the confirmation email is in your spam folder (very often happens with hotmail)
Solution: check your spam folder
3, your email provider uses a very strong firewall and any email we send you is blocked (this is rare but happens)
Solution: send us an email with an alternative email address, or you can also send us an sms (text message to our emergency number
In any of the above cases your booking is confirmed. If you filled in all details and made a successful payment, you don't need to worry, your driver will wait for you.

Hello, we are sorry for not replying sooner. We are new to Tripadvisor and did not notice this feature yet. We will keep an eye on this in the futute.
If you haven't received your confirmation email, it can have three reason and the solution:
1, you entered the wrong email address - write us an email
2, the confirmation email is in the spam folder (very typical among hotmail users) - check your spam folder regularly
3, your email server has a very strict firewall, that blocks our emails - write us an email from an alternate email address, preferably gmail
Unfortunately we have no influence on the above. Our system is automated and all bookings are confirmed instantly after the successful online payment.
It happened that someone wrote us with the above case, and we tried to reply him several times, but all emails came back. So we tried to call - no answer. We sent sms (text message) - no answer... Please make sure, you answer our call or sms, so we can help you.

For 4 passengers you may like a car (25 euro), an MPV (small minivan or monoseater) (31 euro) or a minivan (34 euro). Please vivist our website, start to make the booking and you will see the options.
