The story of ‘Best of Mas’ begins many years ago when my family took a trip to the United States. What could have been the vacation of a lifetime turned into a little nightmare. That was the inspiration to help other families to enjoy my country, to have a worry-free and memorable vacation.

There is no better way to do Tuscany than with the expert guidance of Best of Mas.
When you plan your trip with Francesca and her team, all of the worry, headache and uncertainty of traveling to another country is washed away. This truly is an itinerary customized to your needs, including luxury experiences, personalized city tours, wine, tastings and also guidance on where to tour on your own, places to eat, what wines to pair with your dinners and more!
Our trip was truly amazing and life-changing thanks to Francesca.

I cannot thank Francesca and her team enough for making our Tuscan vacation a huge success. My trip involved approximately 18 friends (in 2 shifts) staying in a seven bedroom villa just outside of Montepulciano for over 2 weeks. I worked with Best of Mas personnel for almost 6 months setting up in-house dinners, day trips to other towns such as Siena and airport transfers. Everything went off smoothly and professionally. When unexpected problems occurred, they were there to help. Such as when I popped off a tooth crown at dinner. Francesca was able to drive me to her dentist in Siena (which we were visiting, coincidentally) the next day and have the crown reset. That type of "above and beyond" typifies the service level Best of Mas provides. Their drivers were courteous and knowledgable and their chefs were tremendous, preparing Bistecca Fiorentina better than a famous Tuscan restaurant we visited. Wine pairing dinners with sommelier Ambra were also very well done. I highly recommend utilizing Best of Mas when visiting the Tuscany region of Italy

Best of MAS and Francesca and her entire team made this trip so much easier. Her passion and dedication makes it easy to recommend. The attention to detail was second to none. It didn’t matter what time I called Francesca, she was always available. I consider her a new friend and would highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful trip, thanks in large part to Best of Mas! The drivers were professional, kind and friendly. Francesca's recommendations were excellent, regarding both activities and restaurants. The Villa where we stayed was beautiful, with amazing views. Hated to leave!!

Pepino was the best! Knowledgeable, energetic, fun and really helped us to have a great time while visiting. We all highly recommend his service. His English is ok and our Italian is was terrible, but with translate app and his patience, it made the experience even more fun. Muovi il culo

We were worried about visiting vineyards in the off-season but Francesca pulled out all the stops and favors to make sure we had the BEST time. Such unique vineyard choices - and good variety - made this unforgettable. I had heard about Francesca from my friend who also used her for her honeymoon.
It was so nice to have driver, reservations (both for lunch and vineyards) all taken care of. Just got to enjoy :)
Would use her for all future visits!!

We used Best of Mas for our first vacation out of the country with the kids. I had multiple questions and concerns and was very worried about planning a trip overseas. They were excellent at answering all of my questions for us car service, rental car, villas, and multiple excursions. They completely took the worry out of the trip. They were also completely available for any additional questions during our vacation. We even did the welcome dinner and my kids couldn’t stop talking about how great the food was for several days. They completely took the worry out of the trip and really made it into a trip of a lifetime for us. I would highly recommend Best of Mas and will be using them for any future trips to Italy!

Our stay at Casamia was most enjoyable. The apartment was nicely laid out and well equipped. The balconies were inviting and delightful. The street below did have a good bit of traffic in the morning and evening rush hours but was no problem the rest of the day. (It did keep us from sleeping with the cool night air instead of the a.c.)
The views from the balconies were fantastic and we knew we were in Tuscany!
Francesca arranged a half day wine tour for us with Ambra, a knowledgeable and delightful sommelier. We had a private tour and light lunch at a nearby winery, named Il Poderino and a quick stop in Castellina afterwards. Definitely suggest doing this!

We stayed in one of Francesca’s villas and it was amazing. The accommodations were relaxing and beautiful. Francesca and the Best of Mas team made it so easy for us— which is just was I was hoping for. She arranged for private van service to and from the airport (we flew in to Milan so it was a long journey and this made it more bearable). Our rental car was ready for us at the house — so no waiting at a rental car agency doing paperwork. Francesca also arranged a cooking class right at the house for us. It was the highlight of the trip! She also recommended restaurants and answered any questions we had. It was a wonderful trip. The Villa was only a short drive to Siena. Very quiet and relaxing but also convenient to sites.

Francesca and the Best of Mas team are clearly passionate about ensuring their customers have the experience they are looking for. We were a group of 8 and they cared for us by making a welcome dinner, excellent guides in Florence, Siena and Montalcino. By sure to book a tour with Amabra she is the best.
