This shop is a gem! This is my third time visiting Florence but first time stumbling upon this shop. It's family owned and everything in there is made by Alícia and her children. There's a range of products - from leather bags, to beaded jewelry, to leather dog accessories. All very high quality, great designs, and handmade! I left with gifts for my mom, grandma, and something for me.
The thing that caught my eye and took me into the shop was actually not for sale... but handmade by Alícia. Her range in craft is amazing! With how long I was in Florence she was able to make me one and personalize it as a gift for my mom. Alícia is so kind and has a big heart, her daughter is also very kind and friendly! It was so great to meet them and have the opportunity to support talented craftsmen!!

We discovered Alicia Workshop a few years ago and now drop in every trip (annually before the pandemic). Alicia designs and makes gorgeous leather goods for pets as well as humans. The dog leashes are exquisite and always make me wish we had a dog. I bought a change purse in the shape of the Duomo for a friend, and this time I bought a card case for myself. The leather is so soft, and the design is undertstated elegance so well made I know it will last forever.Alicia is warm and welcoming, and happy to be in the workshop at the back while you look around.

Spent all last week in Florence with Alicia Roca in her studio. She is fantastic and I loved every minute of her course. An amazing teacher with all the skills, knowledge and experience of a true master, Alicia is ever so patient, encouraging, and shows you all the little tricks and secrets of the craft of leatherworking. This was my second visit working with her, and I'm planning to come back again and again in future. A truly enjoyable and creative experience!
She also has beautiful items for sale that are all one-of-a kind, made by her and her son and daughter. What a talented and lovely family. If you want a genuinely unique keepsake from Florence, this shop is for you.

We happened onto this little workshop in Florence and we are so glad that we did! When we walked in we found the most beautiful handmade leather purses, wallets, dog collars, bookmarks, and other items that Alicia the owner had made. After we had bought several small items, we ended up having Alicia make my wife a handmade purse that she was able to finish by the next evening. The craftsmanship of the purse in unmatched and working with Alicia was amazing! Stumbling on the Alicia's workshop was one of the best parts of our trip and we'll be a memory we'll never forget with a purse that will last a lifetime!

Uniquely Italian leather and beading craftsmanship. Charming owners are a pleasure to interact with even if you cannot speak the native language. Handbags, small accessories like beaded bracelets, mini purses, key fobs and high-end dog collars/leashes. Top-quality. Learned about the care that goes into each unique creation. Not far off the main street, worth a visit to this artisan shop!

I had the most wonderful time doing my workshop with Alicia (all in Italian!). We spent 48 hours over two weeks making a variety of handbags. A seasoned professional with years of experience, Alicia taught me all about the materials, techniques and tricks to making my own designs. She is patient, inventive, ever so creative and with a great sense of humor. I walked away with five gorgeous bags, a load of knowledge, fond memories and a new friend. Can't wait to go back.

If you want something unique, beautiful and hand crafted you do not want to miss this charming boutique! We actually went back 3 times! Partially because of the quality ~ partially because of the family! We loved the bags, jewelry and pet collars and leashes, but what really made us go back was the experience! The family was so passionate and caring about what they do and so welcoming and helpful. It was the BEST shopping experience in Florence and all our family and friends have loved their gifts! It will be our first stop next time we are in Florence!

This leather workshop is so much diffenrent from all the others in Florence: the lovely owner and her son give very good advice of how the handbag would look the best, they even made me a customized one within only 2 days for a very good price. High quality of workmanship and leather selection! Thank you so much for your work - by now I will always have al little bit of Florence with me.
