Just enjoy your experience, learn and taste delicious Italian recipes!We also organize cooking classes in Florence in our own apartment, for small groups of a max 8 people!We are looking forward to meeting you! Having Fiamma and Ginny come to my rented villa and cook for (plus teach) us was a highlight of my month in Italy. They made it so much fun to learn how to make pasta...even though I was a little clumsy. They were kind and totally competent. They brought everything necessary with them. I loved learning how to make tiramisu. They made everything seem so easy.
I would not hesitate to have them come back the next time I'm in Italy.

One of the best parts of our trip to Rome! My friend and I booked a cooking class with Ginny the Friday we got into the city at 4pm. She arrived with everything we needed to our Airbnb. Market and grocery fresh items, wine, pots & pans, etc. She also provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. Personable, fabulous communicator, couldn’t have asked for more. We LOVED our experience.

Our group of 8 hired Fiamma and Ginny to provide a cooking class onsite at a villa we rented outside Greve in Chianti. They brought all the ingredients, wine, and provided a fun and instructive class. We all got to participate and made a delicious meal for ourselves and our larger group, which they added for a very reasonable add on cost. We had an amazing time and also really appreciate that the recipes that we used are on their website so we all reference them. Also unique among the providers I found when researching is that you get to select your menu from several options. Highly recommend.

This experience was incredible! Ginny & Fiamma came to our villa in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. We had such a great time with them and the Tuscan Menu was delicious!!! I cannot wait to recreate the recipes at home. Thanks to both of you for making this one of my favorite days of the trip.

From the moment I contacted Ginny, I knew it will be a success! The cooking class for my family was great! she was Professional, and kind, gave each and every one of us attention and we worked it planning the meal and she took care of everything. The communication with her in English was also great!

Kitchen Chez Nous's cooking class and dinner was one of our favorite experiences in Italy. We celebrated our 50th anniversary by taking all of our kids and grandkids to Europe. Ginny and Fiamma came to our villa and taught us how to make real Tuscan pasta (tagliatelle) and sauce, beef rolls, and tiramisu. The adults cooked and laughed together for several hours. Ginny and Fiamma brought enough ingredients to feed all 14 of us. They managed a lovely meal which acommodated and delighted a vegan, a gluten free, and 6 picky children. They were kind, knowledgeable, friendly, great with the little kids. We loved them and would recommend this experience for any family.

This was one of the best experiences we had during our time in Florence. Ginny and Fiamma are so warm and friendly , very knowledgeable chefs who taught us so much and the food we prepared was INCREDIBLE! It is one of our favorite meals in Florence. I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish - it was an amazing experience ! If we are lucky enough to come back to Italy, we will call them right away.

Our family had so much fun with Ginny and Fiamma’s cooking class. They came to our AirBnB and worked with the limitations of the kitchen to create a delicious meal. We laughed, we drank, we ate, and hopefully we retained some of the things they taught us. If not, we will have to do it again .

We had a GREAT time with Ginny and Fiamma. I consider myself to be a solid cook but I learned a lot! We laughed, learned, drank and ate like crazy people. The meal we prepared was delicious and fed us (3 women) for at least two sittings. I would definitely do it again. Don't miss out on this.

Very personable and very professional. Lots of fun along with educational. Would love to see them in the states!!! Great session and great food!!! Nothing like authentic Italian cuisine.

Hi, my best friend and I are considering travelling to Italy in late October (likely to be in Florence from Oct 30 to November 5) to celebrate our 50th birthdays - we have been friends since childand are considering renting an apartment and hopefully doing some cooking, food market shopping and dining out! Would you be able to help us shop for ingredients (and wine) and learn some Italian recipes over perhaps 3 days? Also can you recommend somewhere to stay - with a kitchen :-) Regards, Kate
