Simona was very informative and friendly with a great sense of humor. She did a great job with our free walking teaching us about Venice, it’s people, history and culture. To top it off, she is beautiful! 😁 👏

This type of walking tour by Simona was a perfect way to start day one of our seven day Venice adventure. It is informative, well paced and a visual delight. The tour goes off the beaten path somewhat; and into some of the less traveled areas of central Venice. This tour allowed us to gain an appreciation for Venice, its people and history right away as Canadian visitors. We thoroughly enjoyed our next six days exploring and discovering the Venice region.

Simona was a great tour guide and tailored the tour to what interested us, taking the time to find out what we would like rather than running to a set format. Off the beaten track with a different insight than standard ‘informatitive’ tours. Simona is passionate about Venice, it’s history and interesting anecdotes. We had a boat tour then visit to Murano, finishing with a walking tour around the less touristy parts of Venice. Would highly recommend Simona’s tours. Echo that it was like having a friend show you around, sharing their knowledge of the beautiful city they loved, feeling relaxed and with great humour. Unlike any tour I have been on anywhere in the world and wish all were like this!

The Tour was excellent in every way. The places & things we saw were expertly explained along with history & humour. Simona is one of the best guides or the even best guide I have experienced. It was like going for a walk with a very interesting friend.

The story and the way is told is VERY cinematic!!!
I enjoyed every minute and I bought a pair of google glasses for VR to watch it again in a more immersive way!
I suggest you to do this experience with a good pair of headphones because the sound is really nice and inspiring!
It was great to go back in time and imagine how Venice was centuries ago and to witness Casanova escaping form prisons of Venice!!

We had such a great time walking with Simona around the streets of Venice. We learned a lot about the history of the city as well about the culture of the place. Simona is a wonderful guide! We had the perfect day and at the end we felt like we know so much more about the beautiful Venice.

We really enjoyed our walking tour with Simona. We learnt so much about Venice, not just the history but also real insights into living in the city. We now know what side of the street to walk on! We would highly recommend the tour.

We took a Venice city tour with Simona, she is a warm charming lady. I have my girls with me, they are 8 and 10 years old, and they enjoyed the tour, since Simona showed us the thousand year ago history pasionately. Simona herself is a mother of 3, therefore, she is very patient with the kids, and able to explain every questions in kids-way. Simona also booked us to a rooftop view balcony for free, such a beautiful hidden gem, surprisingly worth a visit.
I happily recommend her if you need a professional tour guide in Venice specially with younger kids.
