Awful experience. Unprofessional, rude and racist.
Because he drives a Mercedes, he thinks he’s the most important person in the world. Wrong.
As a family man himself, how could you leave a family with toddlers stranded an hour plus away from their drop off location. All of this without communicating it to them.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT BOOK!!! My family and I traveled with 2 toddlers and used him to guarantee we had a safe, reliable day trip to and from Naples to Positano. He was very responsive and kind on email for 3 weeks leading up to our trip. We confirmed details over and over again via email. He was on time to pick us up at 8am, and when we arrived we confirmed pick-up details when we got out of the car to which he nodded with acknowledgment. (Side note: in hindsight, he was arrogant in person, but we didn’t think much of it at the time.) Within an hour of our 8pm pick-up we checked in with him— no response. We called. We emailed. We used WhatsApp. No response. It was now 9pm Positano time with no solution or option to book a ferry or leave without paying 400 euros (what we were quoted for taxi) or booking another hotel room in Positano. THIS MAN HAD 11 HOURS TO TELL US HE DIDN’T WANT TO OR COULD NOT DO THE RETURN TRIP, WHERE WE COULD HAVE FOUND AN ALTERNATIVE OPTION, BUT HE CHOSE NOT TO. It wasn’t until I wrote him a harsh email questioning his character for abandoning a family in a foreign country that he finally and immediately responded and said “he tried calling but his phone was on low battery.” Pathetic. Unprofessional and horrible. We don’t know if he was racist, but we have nothing else to go off on for why he decided to screw us over. His reviews are misleading. This man was arrogant and deceitful. I would absolutely not recommend him, and I don’t even want to leave one star.

Our experience with Gianpiero was quite disappointing. He displayed confrontational behavior and made negative comments about August travelers and the way they drive. Which is funny to me because that’s his profession and what puts money in his pockets. In addition, he had cancelled our second trip with him last minute, leaving us stranded in Positano when he had confirmed he would be there to pick us up. When we asked the day prior if he would be there just to confirm pick up time. He messages us the next morning (the day of our check out time) to let us know he would not be able to make it. Not even sending a colleague or offering an alternative option. Luckily, we managed to find a last-minute driver to help us out. Funny how our first trip which was $670 💶 (don’t forget his 5% commission that he doesn’t mention till drop off) he was there for it, but for a small trip from Positano to Naples he did have time to service that particular one. Interesting!
We hope that our feedback can help improve the service for future travelers. Looking for a more professional one would be probably in your best interest. Ciao!! We loved everything else about Italy 🇮🇹

Gianpiero was a wonderful tour guide, friendly and very knowledgeable. He has top notch equipment, new and very clean. I can’t say enough good things about this Limo/ tour company.

Gianpiero was always prompt and accommodating. Never complained about our heavy luggage. He provided us with new original daily experiences while we were visiting the Amalfi coast. Because of his recommendations we observed limoncello making, touring a lemon and vegetable garden overlooking the sea, delicious charcuterie and wine restaurant in Sorrento and other local places.
We highly recommend him!

We were in need to several transfers on our 10 day vacation this summer; Naples to Paestum, then Paestum to Amalfi, and finally returning to Naples for our flight home. Gianpiero drove us each time, and he was delightful! Professional and courteous - and also filled with fantastic knowledge about delicious food in the area. He's also the smoothest driver - a definite plus when you have a motion-sick family. No problem even on the twisty Amalfi roads! He also was happy to help plan and arrange our various requests - stops for meals along the way, and to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum on the way home. And his prices were very reasonable, below some of his competitors. I couldn't recommend him more!

We cannot express enough how wonderful Gianpiero is. He is an excellent driver with perfect recommendations that takes the stress off of your travel through Pompeii and
the Amalfi Coast region. You definitely do not want to try and drive through that area yourself and Gianpiero does it with ease. His vehicle was spacious and comfortable for 7 people (and luggage)! Gianpiero drove us on 4 separate excursions. He picked us up in Naples and drove us to Sorrento and then back at the end of our trip. He coordinated our trip to Pompeii and made reservations at a winery for us afterward. He drove us along the Amalfi coast and had restaurants he knew we would enjoy. For each experience, he was on time and super friendly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Gianpiero is super nice, it was a great experience, no need to worry about traffic jam or anything. He picked us up 4 times, he was always on time, communication very easy, would definentely recommend him!

Gianpiero took us around the Almalfi coast for the day and we were thankful to be in his professional hands as those roads are hair raising. He is an excellent driver, arrived spot on time, and great with his communication s throughout. He was knowledgeable about the area and recommended an excellent restaurant stop for us. It really was a great day. Likewise for our transportation from and to the airport- on time and courteous. Wonderful and no hesitation in recommending.

Hallelujah😊😊 and such a great experience! Odelia was called in last minute as GianPiero had an emergency.
She was so easy to get along with and provided a relaxed, stress free drive to the Amalfi Coast all the way from our hotel in Rome.
Door to door 5 star service with lots of insights, photo opportunities, time to take in little towns along the way and skillfull driving too. Will definitely recommend and use again.
