Edy from Chauffeur Prive VTC Marseille picked us up at the airport and took us to our aparthotel. Edy was very pleasant and everything went well. We were so impressed we contacted Edy by Whatsapp and asked him to pick us up at our aparthotel and take us to the airport at the end of our trip. There could be no confusion about date and time because it was dealt with and confirmed by Edy on whatsapp. Unfortunately, Edy did not turn up when due to pick us up at the aparthotel, did not respond to our message asking if he was on his way and we heard nothing at all from him. Luckily we managed to organise a replacement taxi. Who would agree to pick customers up for a trip to an airport, not turn up and not message to say they were not coming? Unforgiveable!

Setting up private transfer service with Regis via email and WhatsApp was very easy. He replied in a timely manner. There was a last minute itinerary change due to bad weather, and he was kind enough to make changes and accommodate us. Our driver, Nabil, was an exceptional driver. He met us at Marseille cruise ship port on time and drove us to Cassis safely. He also coordinated drop off and pick up in Cassis with our private kayak tour guide. The car was immaculately clean. Highly recommend transfer service with Regis and Chauffeur Prive VTC Marseille.

Everything was great! Instructions are clear regarding meeting point. He is very personalized and trustworthy. He will accommodate to whatever suggestions. We have seen beautiful places in short amount of time because of him. Will book him again.

Great service and hassle free pick up and drop off. Great communication to organise pick up.
Our driver nabil was punctual and the car (Tesla) was very comfortable.

Regis has a good, solid company. We used it for airport transfers to Marseille and back and each time he was prompt with an excellent vehicle (Tesla). We had an early flight and needed to leave our hotel at 4 o'clock in the morning. Regis arranged it and we got to the airport in 30 minutes. The only item you should be aware is that some of his drivers only spoke French. It wasn't a problem as they knew where to go but I'd have Google translate handy to verify. Regis is easy to communicate with using English.

Nous avons rencontré un chauffeur qui en plus de son professionnalisme nous a accueilli avec une grande amabilité et n a pas hésité à commenter le trajet et nous donner des infos dignes d un guide touristique conduite sûre et véhicule d une propreté irréprochable
