Best location when travelling with Eurostar, no transfer no traffic jam hassle, very convenient location, many convenience stores around in the shopping center gallery such as drugstore, bookstore, fortnum & mason, starbucks, and so on.
At the hotel rooms are wide and comfortable, breackfast are wonderful and dinner with delicious tapas and fine and unexpensive wines are a greta time to share with your loved one.
Plus a special mention to the architecture of the buiding that was preserved through huge renovation works to put the hotel up to the highest standards.
Sure expensive but you get for your money back and save bunch of Sterlings in cab bills.

This is a beautiful building. Unfortunately the public areas far out weigh the rooms . Very basic Marriott rooms . Coffee pods and tea bags were not replenished. Guttering dripped .
For the price of the room the attention to detail is poor .
Breakfast was just good . It’s obviously a very busy hotel with a large through put of visitors , but that exactly how it feels . Nothing personal or detailed . Not value for money .

This was booked as part of a trip for our 30th anniversary., leaving New York and staying in the UK for one week.
We had admired the hotel for many years and decided that it would form part of our celebration. How wrong we were! Multiple communications with the hotel about our stay remain unanswered.
We had asked for early check in and arrived at 12. I understand that this can not always be granted, but they advised that a room would be available shortly. We remained in the foyer in front of the check in desk. After 2 hrs, I went to the desk and asked for an update, to be told our room was ready, but no-one had bothered to tell us. We then experienced the following:
The room was like a cave without a window as seen on the website
The paint on the bathroom door was peeling. Not what you expect from a hotel classified as luxury.
The electric kettle did not stay switched on.
The TV would go out in the middle of a program necessitating switching on and off.
The safe did not open one evening. They were unable to open it, so we had to arrange an appointment with their engineering dept at 9am the next morning. At 9.30, no one had turned up, make a call and was told they would be there by 10. They arrived at 10.20 and were able to open the safe but our plans for the last day in London had to be changed.
Ordered room service and after 45 minutes called for an update. Was told that it was on it's way. Five minutes later, get a call advising that they have run out of linguini and I needed to choose something else. How could it have been on the way if they had not even filled the order?
We were there for 3 nights, I could not wait to leave as they tainted our stay in London.
The staff were always friendly and helpful but the management needs to take requests seriously.

magnificent hotel, very beautiful exterior and interior architecture. “Harry Potter” atmosphere. The breakfast room is beautiful and very good. The room is spacious and has all the amenities one would expect from this type of establishment. This hotel is very convenient when arriving into London by Eurostar as it is adjacent to St Pancras station, no time wasted arriving and departing.

We stayed at the hotel for one night while visiting London. The architecture and the feel of the hotel is stunning. The rooms are on the small side (ours was a suite but not as we know it) but provide everything that you need. Some areas of the building feel a little tired but the reception team told us that a refurb programme is underway. A little noisy if you are ‘station side’ but not unexpected.

Imposing and beautiful building over St Pancras Station. Large with great architecture. Well preserved and now mainly a high end hotel. Quite often has luxury card parked out front

El St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel está emplazado donde funcionaba el Midland Grand Hotel que fue un hotel histórico que operó entre finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX. También contiene parte de las antiguas oficinas de la estación ferroviaria de St. Pancras, que es desde donde salen los trenes Eurostar hacia Paris, Bruselas y Amsterdam.
Hoy en día el hotel es parte de la marca Renaissance, que, a su vez, pertenece a la cadena hotelera internacional Marriott.

セントパンクラス駅はとても素敵な駅舎です。見ごたえがあります。駅にこちらのホテルがあります。優雅そうで、こんなところに泊まってみたいと思いました。駅の中には有名店のお店があり、近くには大英図書館、キングスクロス駅など見どころも多く、どこかへ移動するにも便利です。

We only saw the exterior of the hotel on the green line of our hop on hop off bus and it was well worth it, it made me imagine what it was like inside. Highly decorative and minute details abound.

ロンドン、セントパンクラス駅を出るとすぐにこの時計台が見え、大きさに圧倒されます。近づいてみてホテルだったのかと気づき、非常に素敵な建物でした。この界隈に様々なホテルがあるが、一度は泊まってみたいと思わされる外観です。
