Great Service

The driver met me right outside the meeting point, help me with carrying luggages. We was friendly and very professional. I will definitely use that service again on my next trip.

Good overall but had issues with baby chair

The driver was there in time and the quality of the vehicle was good. However, we had requested a baby chair but the driver didn’t bring one. We had to stop by the company’s office to get one which despite being close to the airport delayed a already long journey for another 15 minutes.

Excellent. Booking very easy and quick. Postcode not listed for our pick up but sorted without fuss. Journey was very comfortable, excellent driver who made the drive across London painless. Very clean car and would definitely use again. Certainly not overpriced.

My driver was polite and we will use this company again.

The only minor issue was the driver was not at the pickup 30 minutes from my plane landed. He did WhatsApp me that he is on the way and running late. Was not really any problem, but that was what happened.

Now here's the thing. I have been travelling between HK and the UK for 25 years. This was the final trip. Relocating to the UK. I have been so organized booking the shippers, closing the house, arranging flights and, knowing I would be exhausted on arrival booking a taxi from the airport.

But for the first time in 25 years I got my dates wrong! I booked the taxi for the day AFTER we arrived. I only realized this when changing the date and time on my smart phone when arriving.

Oh dear.

I had the booking reference and called the company. What a joy it was to hear that it was no problem. A new taxi was arranged and the booking transfered. No extra costs.

The driver arrived and took over. I very painless ride to Birmingham.

Excellent service.

Definitely recommend.

Excellent service which was reasonably priced. The driver was professional and nice. He arrived in time and contacted me to inform me he was waiting at arrivals. The car was clean and presentable.
