We go to Cabo every year and from now on this will be my “go to” shuttle service to and from the airport. Vans are clean, drivers are professional and drivers are waiting at your hotel ahead of your scheduled time to return to the airport. Most of all, the price is extremely reasonable compared to other shuttle services. Highly recommend!

terrible la atención que nos dieron ! Tardaron años en llegar, viajo con un niño de 1 año y no me quisieron dar silla para niño !

Great driver and very informative. Sergio was awesome and would recommend him to anyone needing transport. His vehicle is prefect for large or small groups.

De verdad que es un excelente servicio por parte del chófer Sergio Valencia, mejor recibimiento no pudimos tener!! Y también en el servicio de Epic.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! My daughter and I arrived at 2:25 (according to their site, there is a 30 min max wait time) We waited 30 min. then they tried to put us on a shuttle that had only one seat available. Duh, there were two of us. So we waited longer, and same thing...one seat for two of us. An hour later we were still waiting and they put us on a RIU shuttle where my daughter had to sit in a seat over the wheel well that was extremely uncomfortable. We arrived at our resort at 4:30. We had booked a round trip, but after the fiasco with the first shuttle, we ended up paying the hotel for their shuttle (another $85) back to the airport. Needless to say.....

On time (both trips) and great ride from/to the airport to/from our resort. Drivers were courteous and knowledgeable of ways around traffic jams.

Sergio was a very friendly driver, and he was awesome! He carefully drove around the city, giving a quick tour before dropping me off at the hotel.

The most professional and accommodating transport service I have ever used! Hurricane Norma caused SJD airport closure on Oct 21, exactly when I was scheduled to arrive. After checking the SJD airport website for the tentative opening day/times, I rebooked my flight multiple times each time the SJD airport website updated their opening plans. Each time I rebooked my flight, I emailed Tony, Jacobo, Sandra, and Willy to apologize for the change and provided my updated itinerary. I always received a courteous response, usually within hours (even after hours) hat acknowledged that they have my updated itinerary. I also chatted with Michelle on the EPIC website several time who ABSOLUTELY goes above and beyond to help with extenuating circumstances, again even after hours. Finding their airport pickup “umbrella” was a breeze, and the return pickup to the airport was on time (actually a few minutes early!). The vans were clean, the drivers were pleasant and drove safely, and assisted with luggage as needed. I cannot recommend EPIC Los Cabos DMC more highly. I send a very appreciative thank you to Michelle and EPIC for making my transfers stressless. Their motto is “Everything is possible” and they really stand by it.

As instructed, we texted the Epic Airport Supervisor when we got our luggage. (The instructions said this would expedite the arrival of the van.) When we got to the #10, the two Epic Agents, dressed in maroon shirts with Epic logo & khaki pants found our reservation on their list. They told us there would be a short wait & our driver would be Sergio.
About 20 minutes later, a man who was wearing a white shirt (NOT in the Epic maroon & khaki uniform) & whose badge was NOT Sergio approached us and said he was taking us to our van. We told him NO & looked for the 2 men who checked us in. Then, another man in a white shirt (NOT in Epic uniform) approached. His badge said his name was Sergio. The two uniformed men came up & confirmed Sergio was our driver. The other unidentified man disappeared in the crowd. NOTE TO EPIC: ALL LEGITIMATE EPIC PERSONNEL SHOULD BE IN UNIFORM.
Our baggage was loaded in the vehicle, as were we. Sergio offered cold beer or water. Sergio had a very prominent sign taped to his rearview mirror, with a US$20 bill and a 500MX Peso note, indicating what tip was expected. Without explanation, we didn't leave the airport, but went to a different terminal to pick up 2 more passengers. (We knew there was the possibility there would be more people, but we should have been told what was happening.)
Having traveled in Mexico taxis in the past, we knew to make sure our seatbelts were securely fastened. Sergio was an assertive (bordering on aggressive) driver. Upon arrival at the hotel, it was very apparent Sergio expected a large tip. We prefer to tip for services rendered, not for entitlement. We hope our return trip is better.

Very glad for the shuttle trip to the airport. Eduardo was the driver, he was right on time not a minute late and very polite. Also as he drove around Cabo, Eduardo would tell us about some sites, the city and its people, very informative. And we were very please with his driving skills, cuz you see a lot of drivers do not drive safe.
