Avoid booking with Tulum Tower. We reserved an excursion in July for my birthday, but the day before they notified us that they had scheduled maintenance and would refund our money. Despite their assurance that it would take 7-10 business days, it’s been 17 business days with no resolution. Don’t waste your time with them.

It was the attraction my partner wanted to visit, it is very interesting to see Tulum and its nature from another perspective. The food they offer is very good too.

It was a great experience!! Our host was Candy, she was so great, I loved that she was very informative and knowledgeable about Tulúm. She made the experience fun!

I had such a GREAT time on this activity. The drinks were fairly priced and made strong in a good way. The girl host and photographer were also a great vibe during our visit. Very friendly people overall! If you guys would love to do Karaoke in the sky or just enjoy the good views of Tulum this is the activity for you!

We had the best time. Our host was incredible and the food was wayyy better than expected. Although, it is a separate cost, it is well worth it. The drinks were also great. Do be mindful, when eating up in the air, ask for a spoon as you sit, the food may be hard to reach.
