We decided to do the 3pm-6pm reduced rate tickets, and so glad that we did. While it is spread out and covers a large amount of ground, there are only 4 slides, a wave pool (that is a joke - there are no waves), and two kiddie areas. One kiddie area was better for my 5 year old daughter who does NOT like water spraying at her - there were a few slides there and a shallower area for kids to wade in, but the main kids' area was way too overwhelming for both of my kids - the slides were great but the water shooting in all directions at all times was too much. It was also cloudy, stormy, and the water was cold. The lazy river is impressive but it is so long that it took over 30 minutes to float - and that was the coldest water of all as it is very shaded. The best part for my family were the 'hot' tubs, which were warm and crowded due to the cloudy 'cooler' day. Beautiful park, just not worth the cost if you have been to any fun parks in the states - it doesn't compare.

The park was clean. Service was great. But for 2 kids meals and a margarita we paid $140.00. They only have a few slides. 2 kids areas. Honestly the way they promote it, I thought it would be like Hurricane Harbor or something. Honestly not worth the extra money. It should have just been a part of the resort! I would not come back

El lugar está muy lindo pero hoy no tuvimos la mejor experiencia. Es la segunda vez que vamos, la primera fue en Julio 2023 y la otra hoy, Noviembre 2023.
En ambas ocasiones llevé a mi hijo de 4 años. La vez que fuimos en Julio, a pesar de no llegar a la medida de los toboganes (le faltaban 3 cm), se tiró muchísimas veces. Hoy, faltándole 1 cm, no se lo permitieron. Hablamos con dos supervisores a los cuales explicamos que ya se había aventado muchas veces hace meses atrás, que él Niño sabe nadar, que nosotros estábamos ahí con él y que ya habíamos firmado desde la entrada el documento donde el parque se deslinda de todo, y sin embargo siguieron diciendo que no. Hasta que en un momento lo dejaron tirarse 1 vez. Que coherencia tiene esto? Es no o es si a todas las veces que quieran. El criterio es pésimo y que antes pudo y ahora no es pésimo también. El chiquito no estaba solo y jamás lo expondríamos al peligro, si lo pedimos es porque ya antes lo había hecho hasta con menos altura y en el mismo lugar.
Mi hija de 7 años, misma situación en la dona, ni la dejaban aventarse por la altura y de repente una excepción.
Pésimo criterio otra vez, pésimos argumentos y pésimo que te hagan firmar que el parque se deslindar de todo y luego no te dejan por 1 cm con padres presentes que los niños jueguen. NO REGRESO!

Lovely trip out, the park is gorgeous and has a very calm atmosphere! Only downside is that there aren’t a lot of slides. We had an upgrade to a cabana and the staff couldn’t do more for us, lovely food there and very reasonably priced! Jorge who was our server in the cabana was so lovely!

Todo muy bonito las instalaciones el personal gracias a Iván de la tienda los de fotografía muy lindos lo que no me gustó fue la hamburguesa muy cara (500 MXN) y pequeña y el pan se rompe .

This was one of the happiest days of my life to be honest! It was so, so, so much fun. I went in a group of 4 and we had an incredible day. I will recommend it to everyone who goes to this area of Mexico. It is worth the money in my opinion. I haven't been to many (if any?) luxury places, and this felt really high-end to me and well looked after. The staff were friendly, the park is clean. Our belongings felt very safe. The lazy river and swim up bar is amazing! There is something for everyone here.
There are vegan options for fellow vegans - but be careful! At a burger stand, I ordered and paid for the vegan burger and walked away to pick it up in 10 mins. I clarified that I am vegan and made sure it was vegan, the woman said yes but didn't fill me with confidence. I came back and it was ready but she then told me that bread that wasn't vegan on my burger... :-( a park manager (I believe) ending up resolving this for me quickly, and handled it *very* well, but it is quite bad as it was sold as a vegan burger (and I have a dairy intolerance!). Please make sure other guests do not go through this experience. I am just glad the lady was honest with me before I ate it. They did have a restaurant with vegan burger bread not far from the stand, so they were able to remake the burger for me with that bread. There are also other vegan options too which I would like to try if ever I get to go again. This did not spoil the experience for me whatsoever because everything else was truly perfect.
I also really recommend their slushies! They are AMAZING!!!!!!!!
You are allowed to take your phone in the water too which is cool. A friend gave me a waterproof phone case and we got some fun videos in the wave pool :-)

Very happy with our day at Jungala! We’ve been to a few different water parks in Canada and the US, Jungala was as good as any of them.
Perhaps because we were there in October (rainy season), it wasn’t crowded at all, barely any lines for water slides and lots of elbow room on the lazy river.
It got a bit more crowded during the half-price 3 pm-6 pm period, but still very manageable.
The staff were excellent - extremely attentive and safety-conscious.
We splurged on a private cabana but could have survived just fine without one.
The food at the Taco Stand is the best Mexican food we’ve had anywhere at the Vidanta resort (we’ve had 8-9 meals at the other restaurants at the resort this week).
Mojito Bendito is absolutely gorgeous and Julio the bartender is awesome!

Llegamos al parque en el momento de la apertura para aprovechar el día completo, después de una hora de estar adentro sin que no se permitieran el acceso a los juegos infantiles nos comentaron que ya estaban listos para usarse y al ingresar lo sacaron a los cinco minutos, la alberca de olas tampoco funcionaba, nuestra hija no pasa la estatura para usar otras atracciones
Kids slides fue la única zona de niños que habilitaron después s de 3 horas de haber ingresado en donde se le enredo una serpiente entre los pies a mi esposo
Estoy en este momento en el paraue considerando regresar a mi hotel para no gastar un peso mas en este parque, que definitivamente no cumplió con ninguna de nuestras espectativas, sobretodo por ver a mi niña decepcionada por no poder usar las atracciones

Pedí un reembolso por causas de fuerza mayor, y dijeron que no se podía que otra agencia tenía bloqueada mi reserva , flos confronte con dicha agencia y Tripadvisor colgó la llamada, después de eso me dijeron que si me realizaban mi cancelación y hasta número de folio me dieron, y no fue cierto, ya solo marco y me cuelgan. Y el reembolso nada.

A great day out with teens. The lazy river & wave pools are fab and plenty of areas to relax. It was also spotlessly clean. My teens just said it could do with a few more larger slides hence the 4-star (not 5) rating, especially given how expensive it is to visit.
Overall worth the visit & would definitely recommend.

Hello Nicky. Yes, like explorer133790 mentioned the entrance is through Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ parking. There our Jungala shuttle will be waiting for you to take you to Jungala and will bring you back whenever you decide to go back.
