I’m disappointed at the length of time we waited. The dispatcher from the airport even said I needed to speak with someone from the company. It took close to an hour for someone to come and pick us up. I probably shouldn’t have gone through TripAdvisor but I was trying to do my due diligence. I reached out to the operator to see what could be compensated and I did not receive a response.

They were always on time and professional. Great group of drivers took us all over the island as we needed.

Delano transported us to & from the airport as well as one or two other smaller trips across the island for our long weekend. He even took us to a grocery store after picking us up from the airport so we could grab waters and snacks. He was always on time and easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. Highly recommend to anyone needing transport in Turks!

We had the good fortune of meeting Delano the first night of our trip. He was kind and prompt and we proceeded to use him for our nightly dinner transfers, our excursion transfers, and our last airport transfer. It was so nice to have a reliable, friendly, and trustworthy person to take us all around Turks and Caicos! Don’t hesitate to hire Delano

I couldn’t recommend Delano more for all of your Turks and Caicos transportation needs! We used him for rides to and from dinner every evening. Delano was easy to get in touch with, responsive, on time, and always able to accommodate our trips home with just 15 minutes notice. Look no further for your ride needs, Delano is the real deal. Thank you so much!!

Delano, was a wonderful and professional driver. He provided us with top of the line experience. He picked us up, and dropped us off always in a timely manner. Conversation was excellent, and he also recommended us to other activities in the island to attend. When we return back to the island next year, Delano will be the first we call.

Delano and his team are excellent and very customer focused. Spacious rides and reasonable prices. Prompt pick up. Would use again.

Delano covered all of our transportation needs during a 4 day trip for 8 people. He was outstanding - responsive, prompt, patient, looked out for our group, provided recommendations- can’t speak highly enough of his service and would recommend him to anyone I know going to T&C.

Delano(Papa D) as we called him was a great driver, he was always early/On time and was very patient with us. He was knowledgeable about activities on the island and made sure we were always safe. His car was always clean and he was always very accommodating . We would definitely recommend using him! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for great customer service !

Delano was wonderful! Quick to respond, always on time, pricing was super competitive, etc. He even provided car seats for our 2 young boys so that we didn't have to lug them along during the trip. I would HIGHLY recommend Delano for any of your transportation needs in Turks!

It depends on size of party and how far, but it’s not as crazy as some on the island. He’s consistent and wants to earn your repeat business so reasonable.
