These falls are seasonal! We went in April which is the middle of the driest period in St Lucia. The water fall was a tiny misty trickle falling 40 feet down the rock face. Not much to see and not worth making a special trip for. Thankfully though we also went to the Tree Top Adventure park for zip lining which is only 1/2 a mile down the road. That was awesome! The hike to the falls was beautiful and easy so worth a stop by if you are interested and going to Tree Top. In rainier seasons it would probably be a lot nicer. Like others have already mentioned to find it go up a hill past Tree Top and look for the Rubbish Attracts Snakes sign on your left, easy to follow trail.

This waterfall was GORGEOUS and super easy to get to from the trailhead! Finding the trailhead was challenging, but we ran into someone along the road who told us we’d passed it and directed us back to it. About half a mile(ish? Maybe?) past the Treetop Adventures Park, you’ll see on the left a strip of shoulder where it’s clear people have been parking (it’s pretty worn down and obvious compared to other smaller pull-offs), and an open trail entrance. That’s the one! We were lucky to find an ATV tour group parked there so we knew it had to be the one.
We brought our bathing suits and went swimming in the pool below the falls, and had fun walking across the rocks under the waterfall too but be careful, they’re slick.
While we were there two rocks fell from the top of the waterfall, so stay conscious of the risk. I imagine that would hurt quite a bit!

My only gripe is the amount of trash around there. It was just so absolutely heartbreaking to see trash spoiling such a beautiful natural wonder.

This waterfall is a must see. If you've rented a vehicle it's easy to get here from anywhere on the island. The road to the Errand/Sault Falls is actually quite a good road. A few potholes but it was better than most of the roads we drove on in the touristy areas on the west coast.
In Dennery, you make the first right turn after the police station on your left (coming from the north). The falls trailhead is 5 km down this road on the left, just about 1.5km after you pass treetop adventures park. The Google maps pin is incorrect. Our Google search prior to going left us looking for a shack that marked the trailhead. There is no shack, just a little area to pull off the road. There is no sign, other than a plyboard sign mentioning something about picking up trash to avoid snakes -- but this might be gone by the time you go, so just remember: 5km down the road.
The hike is short- less than 5 minutes.
The falls are beautiful and we could wade in to stand under them. I'd recommend bathing suits and water shoes if you want to get the full experience. Definitely visit, and keep it pretty!

This is a beautiful waterfall and it is off the beaten track, so there were no other people there when we visited. We found it difficult to locate. We had hired a car, so we drove there by ourselves, we drove past the treetop ziplining adventure, but we didnt see anything, so we just kept on driving. We ended up deep into the rainforest on a rough track that wasn't even on Google Maps. We turned around and started driving back, on the way back we noticed a layby with a painted sign which said 'Think b4 u litter, snakes love garbage'. We decided that this was a good indication that people visit this spot, so we parked in the layby and started walking down the trail. Shortly, we came down to the stream, we waded aross the stream and walked up the river bed and found the beautiful waterfall. My husband walked into the pool and climbed up under the falls. It was stunning, definitly worth the trip.
Overall the waterfall was only a couple of minutes drive past the tree top adventure, in a layby to the left. The waterfall is free to visit.

Great place. Secluded and enchanting. Note - the little shack where the trail starts (mentioned by other posters) is no longer there. Fairly easy to find the trail head though - it’s about a quarter/half mile past the Treetop Adventure entrance on the left.

We stopped by this waterfall on the way to the airport. The drive in is a bit long but the road is pretty good. The walk from the road is pretty short and the river and the water fall are very nice.

... and be aware that these falls are variously know as Sault Falls, Dennery Falls or Errard Falls (the ‘Errand’ Falls they’re listed as by Trip Advisor is clearly a mistake). They’re significantly higher than the Toraille Falls on the west, near Soufriere, or the Latille Falls south west of Mamiku Gardens, there’s no charge to visit them, and they’re really dramatic - especially if like us you go and see them after a day of heavy rain when the river is swollen and reddish-brown with all the dissolved mud. The falls are actually relatively easy to find if you drive as far as the Treetops Adventure set-up, then drive about a mile further up this tarmac but potholed road, then stop and park at the pull-in by the disused wooden ticket kiosk on the left. From there it’s just an easy 100 yard or so walk down a track with some rough streps and lots of tree-roots to the river and your first view of the falls. How close you can then get all depends on the water level and your determination...

Now THIS is the type of adventure we like to go on when searching for a waterfall. As nice as the ones are in Soufriere, there are better out there. These falls being on the east coast makes them less popular, but that’s ok! That just means more time for you and your group to enjoy them to yourselves!

We read a couple ways to get to these falls, but we found the trail thanks to going the wrong way! We drove waaaaaaaay too far past the trail opening (the trail opening near the top of the falls, not near the bottom where you have to hike up), but a VERY nice man harvesting bananas told us the little “house” to look for! After finding this house, we verified the trail with some local kids fixing their bike! How lucky is that!

We will provide pictures of the “house” and a screen shot of our offline map. The opening is approximately 1km PAST Treetop Adventures on your left hand side. We recommend downloading maps.me (maps “dot” me) from your App Store, it’s very accurate and tracks your movement compared to google (other) offline maps.

The great thing about these falls is there’s actually some hiking involved. Nothing strenuous, and there is a path with some steps! We like to do our fall hikes in watershoes, but we definitely recommend something water friendly! You will have to cross some areas about ankle deep. A fun thing to do would be to start at the bottom of the falls and climb your way UP them through the water! Very scenic in the way the falls are layered. No fast rushing water.

The water at the falls wasn’t coming down as much as some pictures we saw, but it was amazing to witness the sheer massiveness of the rock wall! The pool at the base of the falls is deceiving in depth! Some shallow areas but it does get close to waist deep. Cute little harmless fish will also come check you out!

Overall we were very happy with the adventure of going out there to see it! Was nice to not be surrounded by tour buses, have an actual trail and space to just stop. Take it all in. And appreciate the lushness of St. Lucia. On the path you can also expect to hear some beautiful birds and huge colourful flowers!

It is a small adventure just to get here, but well worth it. We stayed in Soufriere, and had a rental car, but there is no signage to help get here, and no signage when arriving. We found the place by using others tips. Therefore I will pass that help along, on the road out of Dennery (Mole road) that heads inland (first main road on your left that you come to from the south when getting down into Dennery), you will travel several miles along Mole Rd before climbing up into the hills again.Go past the zipline place and keep going for a couple more miles (the road deteriorates rather badly here). You will finally come to a green painted kiosk box on the left (the first and only structure you come to past the zipline business). The box was empty/unattended, but there is a trail right next to the kiosk, and a small parking spot next to the road. The trail is only 50-80 yards or so, and then you come to the river. Remove your shoes or use water shoes and wade across (there are several shallow spots less than 2 feet deep) to the other side, and go up the rocks on the left (there are old stairs set in the rocks), and you will be able to see the falls about 30 yards further on. They are as described, and very beautiful, and there is a shallow pool under the falls to dip in. They are the most spectacular we saw while on the island.

This was in combination with the zip line excursion! So beautiful, you go through a cool short hike through the rain forest and end up by these beautiful falls! The water is so refreshing! We also saw some super cool land crabs while swimming! Our guide was so awesome! Definitely recommend seeing some falls while you are there! We will be back St Lucia!
