The Cades Reef snorkel and sail was a great day. The crew was top notch, there to answer any question that may be asked and Captain Brandon was a great guide as well. We learned so much about the beautiful island of Antigua. Snorkeling was beautiful. The trip back to the drop off point was so much fun. The lunch was delicious!! I would definitely do this trip again!

We had great fun on a half day tour around the island, taking in Devil's Bridge, Stingray City and Betty's Hope Plantation. We were picked up from Jolly Beach and then headed to St. John's, where the tour started. Our guide was really knowledgeable, and gave us a load of info not just about the sights on Antigua but also the flora and fauna. We had plenty of time for photos at Devil's Bridge, and enjoyed lunch at the plantation (where we also had the chance to read about the history), but the highlight of the trip was going to Stingray City. To have the chance to stand in the sea whilst these enormous creatures swim around and underneath you was magical - definitely a bucket list moment! It was also a great place to snorkel around - plenty of coral, fish, lobsters etc to see. We would highly recommend this tour as a great way to see the island and to experience Stingray City

Easy going, very helpful staff! I have MS and getting on a boat is a little difficult but, a hand and assistance helped so much!

We had a great time. The crew was friendly and attentive. Food was better than some similar sailings on other islands. Beverages (Adult and other) were cold and plentiful. The port was a considerable distance from our accommodations but ground transportation eas included both ways. Good value for money.

Me and my partner thought it would be a nice idea to do for our anniversary, was a lovely day and we had an amazing time. So much fun, the crew are lovely and friendly. Was laughing and smiling all day, not to mention that there were some rather informative moments in the day too. All round great trip, will very likely do this again at some point in the future!

Mystic Cruises is simply they best! The entire crew made the day incredibly fun. Not only did we get a tour around the island but we got to learn about Antigua's history. Great food and drinks but most of all the entertainment was excellent. This definitely is not my last time on Mystic cruises! Great job Captain Brandon and crew.

The tour was much more thorough than I'd have imagined. The crew was friendly, efficient, entertaining, laid back, and lovely. The food was great! The lobster option is definitely advised. The snorkeling was not great--there were a few fish, a bit of brain coral here and there, and the reef is struggling--but the scenery, food, and the boat trip in general made up for it.

The views and the food were amazing, the snorkeling not as much. The water was choppy when we arrived at Cades Reef. The guide said that there would be someone in front and back of the snorkel group, but there was only one guide in front. With the waves, it was hard to keep up, and he didn't do much to make sure slower swimmers could catch up. The ocean conditions was not their fault but they could have been more inclusive.

We are going to Antigua (Sandals) next month, we are looking into a safari, which one would you recommend? I want to see the Devil's Bridge and beautiful landscape while getting a feel for the island. Which one would you recommend?

Hi, i don't know which you prefer either air conditioned vehicle complete with drinks in the boot for refreshments at any time during the tour or the open vehicle with the wind your face both are equally good. I used Tropical Adventures - Island safari for my experience, I would highly recommend them. Our driver was amazing. His knowledge, pride, and patriotism of Antigua was truly amazing, which ever option you choose you when a great time.

Where to meet up with the tour guide once asrriving at the sea port, which will be on Dec. 1, 2016 Thursday? Cost per adult? How long the tour?

Hello Good Day,
As an official company representative, I can tell you that you may have to make the reservation through your shore excursion rep/website on board the ship. We do have a contract with all major cruise lines and cannot sell directly to their guests the tours that we already offer to the ship but if you want to try a tour that is not offered to the ship you will have to email our reservation team and confirm what is available and not available. Thanks for thinking of us. We offer 5 different tours with the Island Safari but the Cruise line may only take 2 or 3 of our tours. Hope that makes sense. Prices range from about $90 to $130 USD per person depending on the tour you would like to do. You can search for our website if you type in Tropical Adventures Antigua in google.

We are staying at Sandals Grande St Lucian in mid-November and it's our first stay at a Sandals Resort. Do you have tips regarding restaurants and making reservations? It seems like there's a lot of tips (like bring a change of clothes bc your bags don't come with you) that I am learning but am sure there are other things I don't know. Any tips are appreciated for a 1st time Sandals guest. Thanks!

Hello,
Thank you for choosing Antigua for you're trip this year. Sandals will take good care of you guys. All tours need to be booked through your tour desk. Just bring a camera, sunscreen and a hat. you must get out and explore the island and not just stay in the hotel the entire time. Try out restaurants, go shopping in heritage quay and try a tour of two by Tropical Adventures.
