Naoko-San's photography service in Tokyo exceeded our expectations. Not only was she friendly and proficient in English, but she also had a keen eye for capturing the essence of our family. We were thoroughly satisfied with the pictures she provided; they truly encapsulated the memories of our time in Tokyo. Naoko-San comes highly recommended for anyone seeking professional and personable photography services in the city.

What a fun family photoshoot with Naoko-san! She was accommodating to our date request (New Year's Day) as well as location request that was close to where we live. We also got the added bonus of her husband as an assistant since it was a holiday.
It's incredible to have a photographer who is friendly, professional and has a great sense of humor. We had three kids under 12 and she made it fun for everyone...lots of laughs and giggles during our photoshoot.
If you are looking to take family photos in Tokyo, Naoko-san is the best pick! She will meet you at your requested location (you pay her the quoted transit fee once the location is decided for her bus/subway/train ride to the location), take great photos and you will have a wonderful time!

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it, and so is my husband, who accompanied me as an assistant.
Also, I am very grateful to receive your feedback on the shoot.
I always make happy customers who are shy and have trouble taking good photos by taking pictures of them smiling.
I also regularly photograph children in kindergartens, so I know how to entertain them while still photographing them.
We will discuss the shooting location and start time with you based on your wishes and a location that is easily accessible from where you are staying.
We decide based on the customer's wishes.
Shooting fees are paid in advance via Viator.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but transportation costs will vary depending on the shooting location.
Actual transportation expenses (JR Kunitachi Station) are paid in cash on the day of the shoot.
We were blessed with good weather today, and thanks to everyone's cooperation, we were able to take many photos.

Very glad to have met photographer Naoko Komuro to take our family vacation photos in Tokyo.
She made it so fun and easy for us to shoot with 2 boys aged 2 and 6. Her English language was good as well and Able communicate to us what to do and how to post. The boys were very comfortable with her and we loved the shots she took.. as seen in all the happy faces captured in some pictures attached here. Would highly recommend her for anyone who wants memorable shot for their holidays in Japan!

We asked about the age of the two children, so we made sure that the children would not get bored with the shooting.
Also, there were steps to move around, but I had checked in advance where there was an elevator, so I was able to guide you and try to reduce the burden of moving.
I have been photographing children and their families for 14 years, and have specialized in photographing more than 1,000 groups so far. .
We will propose the optimal shooting location based on the customer's request for shooting content, schedule before and after, and the range of movement.
We are looking forward to seeing you again in Tokyo.

As for the shooting location and shooting start time, we will of course ask the customer's preference for photos, but we will also consider the hotel, access from the schedule before and after, and if there are children, the time and physical strength to move. We make proposals and decide after consulting with our customers.
