Hazur Saheb was recommended by a complete stranger in New Delhi and I am glad I went driving almost 650 Kms from Mumbai. There is a highway recently done (Samridhi Mahamarg) between Mumbai and Nagpur which i would say is par excellence. The stretch between Mumbai and Igatpuri is yet under construction but should not take more than 6 months. Anyway ... The Gurudwara is simply amazing and Beautiful and just being there is enough to forget life problems in the serene ambience. I stayed at NRI complex which is in not a great condition for INR 600 booked online was convenient but inadequate ... closer the the gate number 2 there is another Yatri Nivas which looked better so stay there and can also be booked online. Travelling by Train could be more convenient ...

blissful place associated with the guru gobind singh ji maharaj. this is one of the 5 takhat of sikhisms. it is situated in nanded. other gurudwaras are also at walking distance and for visiting other gurudwaras little far bus ply in the morning

The premises are beautiful and you feel really blissful here. I still remember the day I went there because I have a bitter sweet memory of the experience. Actually, one person there called me aside and asked if I was sikh, I beleive he wasn't just a visitor and actually worked there. I said no and told him politely that I'm marathi and I really appreciate this opportunity to come here and have this experience. I was shocked when he started speaking to me in a rude way and spoke ill of my religion all of a sudden. He even compared mandirs to gurudwaras and I was shocked. I could not speak anything and just left the premise. I'm still hesitant to visit again because of that incident.

That was just Amazing to be there at Sachkhand Hazur Sahib on my Birthday 25th Nov.,That was gone the Best day of my life as I spent about 3 days at The Sachkhand complex ,I feel most spiritual moments of my life there in my Dream Destination and with family it gone more satisfied visit to That most Peaceful and Full of Undescribed things that someone feel only to be there at Sachkhand NANDED,The whole complex is a Most Historic Area of Sikh History as These place belongs to 10th Guru Gobind Singh ji where they gone immortal and Announced that Lines "Guru Manyo Granth " means the 11th Guru will be Granth Sahib ,The Holly Book that complied by many Sikh Intellectual of Sikh Sekt and GURUs themselves,in which There is The writtings of That Times Most Intellectual saints like Baba Farid ji,Kabir ji,Namdev ji ,Bhaghat Sen ji,Bhaghat Dhana,Bhaghat pipa,Guru Ravidass ji and many more with writtings of Sikh GURUs are well compiled by that time Sikh Intellectuals So from the day Guru Gobind ji gone himmortal Here and said "Guru Manyo Granth" So from then to till date The prime Authority is with Guru Granth Sahib,Feeling proud to be Here ,The well maintained complex and 24×7 community kitchen for Anyone and Spirituality and Sikhism all Around The city.Sat Shri Akal.

this is a very holy place for Sikhs, and it shows! the divine ambience, the discipline shown by the devotees inside the main hall--both by way of maintaining silence and also in their costumes and behaviour--are all great to see! There is huge open space for people to relax and socialise---and as always, there is a wonderful langar ( free food) service! And the people staffing the various places are so helpful and friendly! Truly a tribute to the Sikhs of India who have contributed a lot to this country!

This place is 1 among the 5 takhts. Every Sikh pilgrim vows to visit here at least once in a lifetime. Sachkhand means a realm of truth. The temple surrounding, Architecture is awesome.
Travel: 1-2 flights per day from Mumbai & Hyderabad, Delhi & Amritsar, etc. Regular trains are available to reach here. Special buses are available from Railway station to Temple for pilgrims. Auto-rickshaws are also available. Temple is known to all the locals & it is in the heart of the city so reaching the temple from anywhere at any time is not a hurdle.
Surroundings: Temple is a large complex. Architecture in the building is amazing. Temple is surrounded by the hotel where pilgrims are allowed to stay & food court (Langar). It's is available to all irrespective of caste & creed. Prayer chants are heard almost all over the area.
Rules before entering the temple: Remove your shoes & socks outside the main entrance & cover your head with a cloth to enter. The main temple is surrounded by a small water body where all pilgrims must dip there legs to clean them before entering.
Main Temple: Temple's top & insides are covered in gold & Sikh architecture. Walls, Ceilings are mesmerizing. It's so awesome that once you are inside, you forget the outside world. There is a small museum adjacent to the temple. You can see a large number of pilgrims at any time of the day. Video of photography is prohibited inside the main temple but allowed in the temple complex.
Stay: There are many budget hotels, 3-5 star hotels are available in the city. Pilgrims can also stay in the temple itself.
Overall: A must visit in Nanded & A must-visit for every pilgrim.

My parents are coming to Hazur Sahib in September. They will be staying there for 3 nights . But it’s not allowed to book the room for more than 3 days . I have booked the room in Sachkhand Sahib for 2 nights . Can I do another booking for one more day .

Must visit place for who believe in God. Very peaceful and sacred place. It is one of the takht out of five. Langar is serve 24 hrs to all persons irrespective of caste and creed. Inner portion of Gurudwara is made of Gold carvings and beautiful depiction of Guru’s photo.

White marbled structure internally covered with gold and now being covered with gold externally as well.
Gurudwaras (sikh temples) are always best place to find peace I feel.
Best time to visit is: July - Feb. Best timings to visit: 6 am - 8 am and 5.30 pm - 8.30 pm.
Free hygienic north Indian food.
The market is just right outside the Gurudwara. However, every small thing is too costly in that market. While exploring the place I found a shop named: "Amritsar Gift Center" is a wholesale shop that provides all the stuff to the market in front of Gurudwara. The rates were pretty cheaper and the owner is also very friendly.

Sometimes the rooms are full or there would be a technical issue. July - Feb is the best season to visit Hazur sahib. So, try to call:02462-243559, 234813, 241266. or Email them
Basically you will get the rooms even if you visit Gurudwara without any prebooking

You may want to look for Hazur Sahib's official website for the stays. I am not able to post the link here.
The rooms are spic and span with aircondition provision as well.
