Ben tenuto museo e galleria d'arte! . . L'artista sorprendentemente ha una stretta connessione con la prima cine rani di Devika di attrice dell'India. . . Alcuni ordinano perfetti lungo con molti spiritualit panoramico! MESCOLATO con architettura tradizionale della sua epoca.

È un piccolo castello in legno e pietra, con una ricca storia. Maggior parte di esso è stato trasformato in un hotel gestito da HPTDC. Il ristorante (aperto ai visitatori di giorno anche) , ha una buona rivolto verso valle pochi tavoli. Provate la trota alla griglia. Ma per la maggior parte, non so se ne vale la pena una visita speciale se soggiornate in Manali.

Naggar Castle - Also have stay and Refreshments arrangements with a small restaurant

It is basically a King's abode he use to visit here and stay for a specific time of the year.

Well maintained, Ancient things kept inside. So many cultural haritage well stored.

Ticket was too costly when I visited not aware about the situation right now. However it is worth visiting and deserve your time and eye for details.

Beautiful views all around from windows of this Castle.

Excellent view

A small castle that is now converted into a hotel and a restaurant. The palace architecture is beautiful and the view of the Kangra Valley from up here is absolutely gorgeous. There is also a small temple which forms part of the castle. It costs only 20 rupees.

An experience in itself

We had booked three rooms along with the royal suite which is a duplex with 4 beds. However since it is a bit on the corner we requested for a change and the staff promptly changed our rooms.

The stay in the castle is a experience and the staff of hptdc makes very good efforts to make it enjoyable. Heaters are provided by default unlike other places where they charge separately.

They have a nice restaurant where in you can get good food. I wish they had a option to book breakfast along with the room. However not a big deal since they have a restaurant.

The staff is very cordial and helpful. The view of the valley in the morning is simply breathtaking. being a place where many movies have been shot is a additional plus.
Its a wonderful place for taking pictures and creating memories.

Net net don't expect this as a five star hotel but a pretty good hotel with a great experience.

A 16th Century Mansion with local architecture .Many Bollywood Movies have been shot here .

It is a 16th Century Mansion built with wood and stone .
It's a National Heritage Monument managed by Himachal Tourism.
They have a restaurant but we did not try that ,there is a small museum showcasing Himachali culture.
Many Bollywood movies like Jab we Met ,Maachis ,Tube light etc have been shot here.

It offers a picturesque view of Manali .
This is part of a Hotel ,one can opt to stay here .

One must visit place from Manali . The wooden decors , old musical instruments are treat to eye . View of snow cladded mountains are not to miss. There is a restaurant and you can sip coffee at the balcony . Lodging facility is also there.

В Наггаре три ночи провели в этом уникальном отеле. Уникален он тем, что по совместительству является ещё и музеем. Возведённый в XVI веке Раджей Сидх Сингхом, замок являлся княжеской резиденцией махараджи. Здание построено по примеру гималайской архитектуры, его стены выложены перемежающимися слоями камня и дерева, что защищает его от землетрясений. Замок очень богато украшен деревянными резными панелями, особенно впечатляет веранда. А какой с неё открывается потрясающий вид на Гималаи, это чудо! Отель находится в середине деревни, в окружении магазинчиков и кафе. Днём бывает очень много посетителей, так как отель ещё является и музеем, о чём я написала ранее. Поэтому, если будете в нём проживать, закрывайте двери, а то вездесущие туристы могут к вам заглянуть, как случилось со мной. На территории замка находятся ещё большая комната музейных экспонатов и храм Джагтипатх, на алтаре которого установлен треугольный камень. По преданию, этот камень принесли с вершины горы Деотибба и установили здесь боги Долины Куллу. Хотя проживание в отеле было не очень комфортным, были проблемы с водой, плохо работал смеситель, тогда на помощь пришёлся бак с ковшом, один день вообще не было горячей воды, но оценку я всё же поставила 5 баллов из-за уникальности места, где когда-то жили пенджабские владыки, а так же дружелюбный персонал очень постарался, что бы наше пребывание здесь было максимально комфортным. К тому же в проживание у нас были включены завтраки и ужины, всё было очень вкусно приготовлено, подавалось достаточное разнообразие блюд. Ресторан так же сработал на 5 баллов. Большое спасибо всему персоналу ресторана-отеля-музея.

Visit to the castle is a must, beautiful quaint place. More than 500 years old, its maintained pretty nicely. Neat and clean. Restaurant there being run by HP tourism can be avoided, but one can have a cup of coffee in the outdoor seating area. Beautiful view.

Pleasant stay at the heritage and historical property

I stayed at the royal suite that was duplex one. Amenities were good food was amazing . Private balcony had a lovely view . Whole property has a beautiful view .

About 17 klms from manali, its a sheer waste of time. theres nothing to be seen as such because its just a heritage hotel and if people like to stay at such god-forsaken place its their choice. Food at the hotel restaurant is very average not even worth mentioning. going all the way and wasting almost the entire day for such a place is not recommended at all.
