I visited this limestone cave for sightseeing in Uruma City. Buy an admission ticket from a ticket machine in the parking lot and head to the limestone cave. The entrances and exits to the caves were located away from the ticket booths, especially the exits. Therefore, it is necessary to have the heart and time to walk. The cave is about 200 meters long, and when I visited it was 23.4 degrees and cool.
When I walked through the cave, there were several photo spots showing me at my feet, so it was nice to take photos without missing anything. The illuminated landscape and glittering rocks were wonderful and I enjoyed the mysterious world created by nature⭐︎The route is one way, so I think it is important to look back occasionally. There is a heart lock at the end of the route, so keep your eyes up for photos.
The overall scale is not large, so it takes about 20 minutes. I felt it was a good spot to casually enjoy the limestone cave.

I have visited several caves before, such as Ryugaya Cave (Shizuoka), Akiyoshi Cave (Yamaguchi), and Gyokusendo Cave (Okinawa), but this cave was even more amazing than them.
It has not yet been significantly developed by humans, with only minimal walkways, and because it had just rained, water was constantly falling from the ceiling, but the magnificent stalactites made me lose track of time.
I went outside and returned to the parking lot near the entrance, but it felt like quite a long walk, and I was surprised that I had walked such a distance inside the cave.
Therefore, it is a good idea to wear shoes with low heels that are non-slip.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, kids thought it was cool and they had fun in there.
However our elderly and kids were struggling in some sections of the cave due to the steep staircase and slippery floor (we went on a rainy day). For really small kids, expect to carry them up the stairs since the staircase’s steps are quite far apart, and there are no protective barriers besides the stairs.

You can walk around the cave by yourself, following the course. Some places are lit up, and the stalactites lit up in red and blue lights were beautiful. It takes less than an hour even if you go around slowly. You go up as you go, and from the exit you can go down the slope to return to the parking lot.
I went in January, so there wasn't much difference in temperature between inside and outside, but I think it would be cool inside if you go in the hot summer.

Very small cave. You just get the entrance ticket and walk about 50m to the entrance. Although the entrance fee is low, honestly don’t think it is really worth the visit, especially if you have been to other caves in countries like New Zealand, Austria, etc.

Considering the 500 yen admission fee, it was a very satisfying limestone cave. There were colorful lights lit up in various places, which was also beautiful. There were many puddles inside, so be careful where you step. There were also stairs to go up and down, so it may be difficult for elderly people. I was able to get some Sanpin tea with a coupon from Rurubu. It seems that tickets can be purchased a little cheaper if you buy in advance.
It seems like it's a hidden gem, so even though it was a weekend, it wasn't crowded at all and I was able to take my time looking around, which was great.

Nice natural cave. You cannot beat the price to experience here; a must do for a quick afternoon. Not necessarily a day trip in itself, but easy to combine with other nearby experiences.

This was a cave I visited many years ago. I'll never forget, it was an experience of ducking, crawling, squeezing, and climbing, which made it a place you wouldn't want to visit again. Three of us were given a guided tour by a local resident. We left the cave exhausted and soaking wet! Recently, photos of the remodeled attraction (posted on social media), had me wanting to go back. IT is an enjoyable attraction these days. Now, stairways, handrails, and walkways make it easy to navigate. Being underground, there are spots where it can be wet and slippery at times so, sturdy walking shoes would be advisable. There are signs (English and Japanese) describing some of the interesting features and telling a brief history of the cavern.
It's a great place for photography. Bring along a camera and tripod if, available. The place wasn't busy and plenty of time could be spent composing photos. Less than an hour will get you through the cave and, the total step count would be under 1,000. At the ticket office, pamphlets in English and Japanese are available. Restrooms are located near the parking area and hand sanitizer bottles are available for use at the cave's entrance and exit. Caves, in Okinawa, are always refreshingly cool during the summer months yet, warm in the winter.
