Si viaggia in jeep 4x4 con tappe interessanti all'interno dei vigneti, e degustazione di vino e liquori locali. Ok il pranzo in un buon ristorante, con bevande dolce caffè inclusi (a buffet). This was a fantastic way to experience Pico Island with 3 couples. Filipe was a fabulous guide. He was knowledgeable about the history of the island, food and wine. These Canadians highly recommend!

An excellent tour! We spend the day exploring the north and west coast of the island, with an delicious stop for lunch at a local Azorean food spot, and one stop in the morning for a liqueur and brandy tasting and a stop in the late afternoon for a wine tasting. The rest of the day was filled with excellent views and stops at lookout points and our guide was great! He was knowledgeable of the rich history of the island’s wine culture and a great conversationalist. Overall this tour was well worth it!

We are so glad we booked this food and wine tour. The day FLEW by, we were so engrossed in the views and the information and of course the tastes of Pico Island. This tour made us wish we could stay longer in Pico and Azores.

Excellent tour of history, heritage, and food and wine. We didn’t know what to expect as we had never done an organized tour before, but we were really pleased with the pacing of information, experiences, and sights. Fully recommend this tour and would go on it again. Our guide was welcoming, very knowledgeable, and really shared a slice of life in the Azores we would not have experienced otherwise.

Our tour of Pico Island was nothing short of an extraordinary journey into the heart of the island's wine and culinary traditions. Guided by Fabio, a wine producer himself, we delved into an experience that was both educational and palate-pleasing. His unique insights as a local producer added a depth and authenticity to the tour that was truly invaluable.
Our journey included a visit to the UNESCO-listed vineyards, where Fabio's knowledge and personal experience in winemaking transformed our understanding of Pico's unique viticulture. We were then guided through a historic plantation owner's house, further immersing us into the rich wine-making history of the island.
Our taste buds were delighted as we visited a local producer of brandies and liquors. Each tasting was more impressive than the last, showcasing the mastery of a local craftsman. Our visit to a wine museum further deepened our appreciation for the island's longstanding viticulture tradition.
The tour culminated in a delectable wine lunch at a popular local restaurant, where we savored a few of Pico's culinary offerings paired with exquisite local whites. Our day ended with a wine tasting at Pico's largest cooperative producer, offering us a comprehensive overview of the island's diverse wine portfolio.
This tour, under Fabio's expert guidance, was a phenomenal blend of education, history, and epicurean delight. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any visitor seeking to discover the richness of Pico Island's wine and food culture.

We had the best day with Phillip! We saw the entire island & tried all the best foods at lunch as well as some great wine and Brandy from Pico. Phillip was a great guide and made the experience perfect for us. This was our favorite part of our trip by far!!!

Filipe took my partner and I on the wine and flavors tour around Pico island and we had an incredible experience. Filipe was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, giving us great information about the island and the wine. Our stops were very fun, especially the visit to Adega de Santana and meet Ceaser. He was so passionate about their business, it was wonderful to hear him speak about the distillation process and their products. I would recommend this trip to anyone who asked as it give us a great taste of the island, wonderful memories, and great photos to look back on.

Had a wonderful tour with Philip. He was very accommodating and provided wonderful commentary on the island as we drove from site to site. We especially enjoyed the luncheon of Pico specialities. Highly recommend this tour!

Philip was very knowledgeable and friendly and we had an awesome day in our 1 day trip to Pico Island. We had a wine and food tour, the lunch was awesome and we had some good drinks, we also saw many cool spots in the island and he let us take pictures anywhere we want. Thanks Philip for being the guide to one of the most beautiful days in our lives.
