5 star experience with John!
set 2022
Our private group had an exceptional time with John in Yellowstone! He picked us up early at our Airbnb in Island Park, and the van was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of snacks. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the park and the wildlife, he was a joy to spend the day with. John showed us several spots most tourists don’t know about, and he planned our timing to Old Faithful perfectly where we had a nice lunch on the patio. He gave us recommendations for other areas to visit in Yellowstone, and the best time of day to go, for when our group went the next day. Our group was supposed to have a tour in the Tetons as well but there was a hiccup in the company’s scheduling. Adam refunded us immediately and gave us recommendations for places to visit in the Tetons (which John has also given us while we were with him in Yellowstone). The highlight of our trip was our time with John, and we would highly recommend a private tour- it is worth the investment!

Fabulous Experience

John was a fabulous guide. He was so informative and his love of Yellowstone is evident. We had our family of eight adults, and he won us all over. We could have never seen or learned enough on our own. He took all the pressure off us so we could sit back and take in all the beauty and wonder of Yellowstone. We highly recommend Tied to Nature Tours.

Highly recommend for any Yellowstone tour!

We would highly recommend Tied to Nature for any Yellowstone tour. Adam went above and beyond to accommodate all of the needs of the 13 members in our group!! He was very informative about not only the wildlife and landscape but also the history of Yellowstone. We scheduled our tour of the lower loop for the first day we were in the park and we’re so glad we had the tour on the first day. Adam provided us with loads of information to help us make sure the rest of our days in the park were a success. The lunch was excellent and very filling! He had binoculars for all to use and a spotting scope he connected to his phone to get a better view of wildlife and he would share recordings he captured. Just an amazing experience!!!

John was an excellent tour guide

My favorite part of the trip was talking with John about the history of Yellowstone. He was very informative and a really good guide. We could never see on our own everything John showed us in one day.

We went on all day trip with John Harmon. He is very knowledgeable about Yellowstone and it’s history. We saw many different kinds of wildlife. He was very polite and personable. I would definitely recommend him

Fantastic Yellowstone Experience

Our group of 5 had a wonderful lower loop tour experience with Brian as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and was fun to have on our trip. He also helped us best plan our tour so that we didn't duplicate parts of an evening tour that we had scheduled.

We enjoyed the picnic lunch provided, and there were plenty of snacks and drinks included for the day.

Adam was also helpful in accommodating our group's pick up and drop off needs.

We highly recommend using this tour company!

Wonderful Tour!!

Brian was a great guide! We were a ‘difficult’ group - we had a 5 month baby with us, that required extra stops and a modified tour plan. Brian was very patient and flexible. He also had great stories about wildlife and the park.

Tied to Nature Tour - Yellowstone

Had a wonderful day touring with Brian in May 2022. It was one of those perfect days that we will long remember. Can't wait to get back to Yellowstone! The tour company was great, communicated well regarding the logistics of the trip and Brian was very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy sharing his love of the Park. Highly recommend this company!

The best Yellowstone experience!

We did two days with our amazing and knowledgeable guide, Kyle. He was a pleasure to spend time with and it was such a wonderful experience to be with someone who had such a connection and understanding of all things Yellowstone. We were able to spot and observe grizzlies, elk, bison, and an owl, which was so special. We also saw other points of interest including geysers, hot springs, and waterfalls. He got a sense of what we were interested in seeing (and we didn’t have a set agenda aside from seeing wildlife and Old Faithful) and he created an itinerary beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!
