Son entrata, per caso negli uffici di Valencia Travel e ho visto subito una professionalità e serietà incredibile. Carla mi ha aiutato e supportato ad organizzare tutta la giornata, da Cuzco a Machu Picchu, con estrema precisone. Senza il suo aiuto non sarei riuscita ad andare! Un’altro aspetto importante è stata la guida privata per Machu Picchu, Washington! Super appassionato del posto e della storia, vi coinvolgerà con i suoi racconti e le sue spiegazioni. E’ davvero una guida molto esperta e professionale! Vi farà davvero apprezzare di esser in una delle sette meraviglie del mondo!

We had a wonderful time in Cusco, Machu Picchu, Urubamba & Ollantaytambo. Our guide Claudio Andio & driver Ricardo were both excellent. Claudio is extremely knowledgeable and was very passionate sharing information about his beautiful punter Perú with us. We highly recommend Claudio.

The organisation and content of the tour was excellent as was the knowledge of our guide. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the tour.
It had been an ambition of mine to see Machu Picchu and this did not disappoint.
We visited two of the local communities which was a lovely experience. We were made to feel very welcome and were given an insight into their daily lives.
Our guide had fantastic local knowledge and gave us great insights into the history of the area as well as sharing fascinating details about growing up in and around Cusco.
It had been an ambition of mine to see Machu Picchu and this did not disappoint.

The trip was awesome. Corina was so knowledgeable. We went to Machu Pichu, sacred valley, Cusco Lake Titicaca which was magical! Highly recommend this trip!

It was a great experience from when we booked it. Arrived in Cusco. And especially the hike. Edwardo was a very knowledgeable and fantastic guide. I was expecting a great hike. But he made it such an informative time. I learned so much about the culture, history and the plants/flowers. The chef and porters were amazing. Each day we couldn’t wait for the next meal. Our accommodations on the trail were great. Overall it exceeded my adult son and my expectations. Would highly recommend Edwardo as the best tour guide and Valencia Travels.

To start with we where hosted by Claudio and Rudi, both of whom where extremely supportive, informative and I certainly was encouraged and helped all the way through what I can only say was a, challenging, breath taking and sensational experience. I was obviously not prepared for the decent(s), but the hosts and porters where always there to help and enthuse you to complete each part. Personally I feel without the companies help it would have been a lot harder. What a great team. My friends and I all supported each other but the Valencia team where always at hand, food was brilliant, especially as it was carried to each campsite.

Absolutely amazing! An unforgettable experience and the highlight of travelling around South America.
All the team were incredible. Claudio, our guide, was the most passionate, knowledgable, patient and kind man. He could not have been more welcoming and encouraging. He taught us everything about Incan history and culture. What a man!!!!! It was an absolute honour and privilege to be lead by him.
The head chef, Juan de Dios, was quite possibly the greatest chef that has ever lived. Three courses for every meal. I’ve never eaten better in my life.
The porters and the team were phenomenal. Sorro and Louis were utterly wonderful; funny, kind and attended to our EVERY need. They just couldn’t have been better. I’m in awe of how strong they were.
The scenery on the hikes was unbeatable. A once in a lifetime experience. I just couldn’t recommend this company more. Everyday we arrived to camp with the tents set up and hot chocolate waiting. We were spoilt rotten.
Once again, we owe everything to claudio and the team. Thank you so much!!!!!

The most amazing experience, we were so lucky with the weather, the porters were incredible, especially Zorro, Luis and the head chef Juan de Dios. The food is off the charts we did not expect anything nearly as good as we got. Our guide Claudio was the most intelligent and passionate guide we could’ve wished for with so much enthusiasm for his job and so much energy that kept us going the whole way even on the dreaded second day!

WOW, que experiencia! Primero que nada, nos toco un guia excepcional (HUGO), quien aporto demasiado conocimiento y demasiada diversion a nuestro viaje. Siempre con la mejor disposicion, el mejor humor, las mejores historias y muchisima paciencia. Los portadores excelentes y amables y nuestro chef (Jobel) nos cocino exquisitas comidas. Realmente todos los detalles fueron excelentes. El unico contratiempo que tuvimos fue especificamente con el equipo administrativo ya que fallaron en algunos detalles de la planificacion logistica del viaje. Sin embargo, una vez llegamos alli, compensaron por los 2 o 3 errores que habian cometido y todo salio INCREIBLE. Gracias equipo Valencia, por un viaje que nunca olvidaremos. Deseo, SIEMPRE, que el camino Inca permanezca tan puro y magico como lo es hoy dia. Nunca permitan que los intereses capitalistas lo comercialicen, ya que la pureza que tiene hoy dia es parte de la magia!

Our trek guides Hugo and Guillermo made our 2yr wait for this trip so worth it! Glad that our group of 4 did not cancel due to pandemic delay. The trip exceeded my expectation and I got way more than just a trek - Hugo created a familia that made this experience more amazing and unforgettable. From the briefing to the post-trek lunch, it was filled with great memories. Beyond the walk are the rich history, knowledge, and immersion to the culture, tradition, religion, community, etc..... Hugo and Guillermo were both so caring and we really felt and saw their passion for what they do and for their Homeland. All the food that was served tasted so good and always had great presentation - I was really surprised and wish that I can be spoiled like that on all my treks 😁 our chef Jovel did an excellent job. The porters were soooo accommodating and truly courteously helpful - their smile and cheerings helped me get through those inclines and stairs.
My soul was touched on this epic trip; it was beyond mental & physical achievement to have completed this journey with an amazing familia :)
Valencia Travel is now my go-to/recommended travel agency when it comes to Cusco exploration! Our trip coordinatore Vivian was very responsive and patient with all our correspondence.
