Bernardo è stato capace di deliziarci di fantastici pranzi e altrettante cene con cucine allestite al momento... bravo! In ultimo vorrei aggiungere anche che il tour è partito nonostante fossimo iscritti solo io e mia moglie, di conseguenza siamo stati coccolati dall'inizio fino al termine! Grazie per la bella esperienza!

Anderson, our guide, was really funny and tried to make it as exciting as it can be for us during the rafting. The sauna was great afterwards and there was also a possibility to take a hot shower. Lunch was good, not that special but still very good!

My boyfriend and I booked this knowing that it was going to be a group of probably 10 others. We were picked up from our hostel (Wild Rover) at the exact time specified and were greeted and escorted to the mini van with the really friendly guys who ran the trip.
It was just my boyfriend and I that were picked up and after we had travelled around 30 mins out of the city we thought we better ask where on earth is everyone else? It turns out there were due to be a lot more people of the trip, but for different reasons all cancelled at the last minute. Considering this trip is quite far out from Cusco, we were so grateful they still picked us up and ran the experience as opposed to refunding us and cancelling.
As you need at least 4 people in the raft (with the instructor being the 5th at the back steering) we were slightly perplexed how this would work with just the two of us. The instructor's children were off on their school holidays so joined us to fill the raft which was lovely!
My boyfriend and I were put at the front, but I was absolutely petrified and worried about my contact lenses, so one of the small children swapped with me! I still feel quite bad having a 10 year old as my human shield for big waves of water but I was having a great time now I didn't have to worry about my lenses getting wet!
The rafting was so much fun and then the lovely home-cooked meal that was provided after was delicious (and surrounded by the company of some extremely friendly dogs and cats which is always a plus for me). Everyone was so lovely and kind to us and that made the experience even better.
I think what really cemented it for us was on the way home they asked if we wanted to purchase the photos (the second guy was following us in a canoe for safety but was also taking pictures as we realised it was almost his second business). If I'm honest, we really were not bothered about the photos, but because they had been so kind to us we agreed to pay the £10, which we were more than happy to part. We got dropped off in the city centre all fine. Later that evening (around 11pm) we were in our hostel and were walking back to our room and saw the instructor in the reception. He realised he lost the piece of paper I wrote my email address onto for the photos so came all the way back into Cusco to ask our hostel for our contact details to ensure we would receive the photos.

When I was sold the excursion river raft I was told I’d be picked up and dropped off at my hotel. I was not familiar with the area I gave my hotel pick up location on 8/7/19… Only to find out on 9/12/19 at 8 PM ,12 hours before my excursion that we would not pick me up at my hotel location . When I asked for my money back I was refused… Be careful dealing with this company they sent me multiple emails inviting me and looking forward to seeing me yet refused to re-fund me for services that I was unable to attend because of miss information . Please be careful dealing with this company ... awful customer relation ... instead of plainly telling me they would not pick me up at INKATERRA HOTEL they changed pick up location to Millhouse Hotel . I was really excited to go river rafting… Was never told I would not be picked up… Misinformed and disappointed…

It was an amazing time with our guide Américo, he was a lot of fun. The views from the river were incredible and the rapids were not too hard for us. After the showers and lunch really hit the spot. Highly recommend.

Took this excursion while vacationing in Cusco with family, and had a great time. We were picked up promptly at our hotel, and after a couple more hotel stops were off to the rafting spot about 1:45 away from Cusco. The tour company has a lodge next to the Urubamba river, where you get outfitted. Shoes are extra, so bring a pair of pools shoes or some old sneakers. The rafting trip lasts about 2 hours, including some fun "rafting games" near the end. After rafting, you get a very good lunch, followed by some zip lining over the Urubamba river. Great fun activity if you are in Cusco.

Considero que el servicio es regular, partiendo porque se nos fue a buscar más tarde de lo acordado, segundo no incluÃa los zapatos como parte del equipo por lo que debÃamos arrendarlos a ellos mismos o subirnos al bote sin zapatos lo que puede ser riesgoso, por lo mismo decidimos arrendarlos.
como tercer punto, era nuestra primera vez haciendo rafting y nos toco compartir con un grupo donde todos hablaban ingles, por lo que el guÃa dio las instrucciones de seguridad en ese idioma y solo se limito a hacer un resumen muy poco claro de la charla de seguridad (en español) con el fin de ahorrar tiempo; lo cual entiendo pero siento que no fue especÃfico para personas sin experiencia, en particular me hizo sentir muy insegura subirme al bote no sabiendo casi nada de lo que debÃa hacer.
En cuanto a la comida todo muy bueno, pero no se menciona que las bebidas no vienen incluidas.
Quiero destacar que la experiencia es muy entretenida y diferente. Además de la simpatÃa de la mayorÃa de sus guÃas, tienen un trato muy cordial, en lo personal me encanto que tuvieran sauna porque el agua del rÃo es bastante frÃa.
RecomendarÃa la actividad solamente por la amabilidad de los guÃas, pero falta detallar mejor la descripción de la actividad, agregando de manera clara las cosas que no incluye.

Dicho esto, nuestra prioridad número uno es la seguridad y satisfacción de nuestros clientes al experimentar nuestros productos. Lamento escuchar que su experiencia más reciente con nosotros no fue la mejor para ti.
Hacemos todo lo posible para capacitar a cada uno de nuestros representantes sobre cómo manejar adecuadamente los itinerarios de nuestros clientes, incluido el alojamiento y cómo resolver situaciones diversas. De acuerdo a lo comentado, nuestros horarios de pick up tienen un rango de recojo de media hora, de los cuales algunas veces puede existir un retraso en el caso que uno de los pasajeros no salga a tiempo de su hospedaje y genera un retraso, con respecto al calzado para rafting, lamentamos que no le hayan informado con anticipación que el equipo para rafting no incluye zapatos, es por ese motivo también que no lo mencionamos en el equipo que incluye el rafting.
Habiendo menciodado esto, tomaremos las medidas necesarias para garantizar que esto no se repita.

Wir haben Rafting + Zipline in Cusco gebucht, Veranstalter war Bamba Experience. Die Jungs sind wirklich super professionell und der Tag hat einfach nur Spaß gemacht. Man wird früh morgend in Cusco eingesammelt und dann geht es mit dem Bus zum Camp. Dort wird jeder mit einem Neoprenanzug, Schwimmweste und Helm ausgestattet und dann geht es weiter zum Startpunkt. Wir waren etwa 20 Leute und mit 3 Booten unterwegs. Anfangs gibt's eine Einweisung bzgl. der Kommandos und alles wird geübt. Dann geht's auf in die Stromschnellen. Der Steuermann hinten war sehr erfahren und hat das Boot manchmal absichtlich in eine prekäre Lage gebracht, damit wir ein bisschen was zu tun hatten. Das Rafting war ein riesen Spaß und ich fühlte mich sicher aufgehoben. Wir wurden von einem Kajak begleitet, von dem aus viele Fotos geschossen wurden - diese konnte man hinterher für einen kleinen Obolus kaufen. Als wir zurück an der Unterkunft waren, konnten wir uns in einem vorgeheizten Raum (eine Art Sauna würde ich sagen) aufwärmen. Das war auch nötig und super angenehm. Dann gab's leckeres Essen. Wer wollte, konnte sich dann für die Zipline bereit machen. Genau genommen sind es zwei Lines, die jeweils den Fluss queren. Die erste Querung ist etwas länger, die zweite Querung recht kurz. Gibt sicherlich spektakulärere Ziplines, trotzdem hat es Spaß gemacht. Anschließend ging es wieder mit dem Bus zurück nach Cusco.
Ich kann die Jungs von Bamba Experience nur weiterempfehlen. Die verstehen ihr Handwerk, haben selbst viel Spaß an der Sache und geben diesen Spaß auch an ihre Teilnehmer weiter.

My wife and I chose to do this on our honeymoon to get out of Cusco a bit and experience some nature. We were not disappointed! Our guides picked us up at our hotel and drove us to a small lodge about 2 hours away, where we were given a wetsuit, waterproof rain jacket, and life vest. They also had neoprene water boots available for rent (S/ 15), which is good because were a little underprepared. After some instruction in the commands that we would be given on the raft we were underway. The river was great, no rapids that a beginner in average shape (like us) couldn't handle with ease. Our "captain" so to speak, Willie, was really nice and funny. The rafting lasted about 2 hours, after which they made us a nice lunch at the lodge (chicken and rice) and warmed up the sauna, which was perfect as the water is pretty cold. The ziplining was awesome, and goes across the river and back to the lodge. We got back to Cusco in the early afternoon. We would recommend this to anyone who has a free day, especially if you've never tried rafting.

Like Vicki T. said, the raft isn't guaranteed not to flip, but if you follow the directions given by the guide you, and if you wouldn't panic if you did end up in the water you would probably be fine. The river wasn't super fast when we were there in June, but fast enough to be fun.
