Tibetan guide, prompt and comfortable transportation, comfortable in-town hotel, easy guided access to monasteries and Potala; patient and knowledgeable guide with good English skills made geographic, religious, and philosophical discussions an essential part of the tour. Prompt, professional contact over the internet made arrangements simple and complete.

The guide Mong Bo was exceptionally kind and considerate. We visited many temples where we had the opportunity to learn about Tibetan culture. The driver Solang was really nice and a great driver as well. Overall it was an excellent trip where we felt no pressure despite the people filled monuments thanks to the guide's consideration and and knowledge.

Despite travelling solo; the trip has been made memorable and really enjoyable by the great explanations provided by my tour guide Lobsang. Even though I had trouble acclimatising to the high altitude in the first few days; both my tour guide Lobsang and Catherine has been most patient and accommodating in many ways. Will definitely recommend this to all my friends! Thanks for everything!

Thank you all, my guide Danzhen, my roommate Marry. I had the most amazing time in Tibet.
Actually, I would make this Tibet trip with my best friends Amy and Lisa. But they couldn’t join in this trip because of work changes. This was my first time to go to China alone, I was a little worried.
When I saw my guide Danzhen after arrived in Lhasa, I dismissed all my concerns. He was always energetic and mad his best to make us feel good. Most of the time he was talking interestingly and had a lot of patience.
During these 4 days trip, I felt the unique national culture of Tibet, the majestic and beautiful architecture. Surprisingly, I met Marry who shared the room with me. She is also from California, we have had a wonderful time together. I'm glad I met a new friend in Tibet this time.
So thank you again for organizing everything so well!

I’m very glad to talk about my 4 Days Tibet trip. This is my first-time travel to Tibet. My travel consultant Lily is professional, she handled everything for me.
When I arrived in Lhasa, I was deeply shocked by the rich Buddhist atmosphere here. we visited many monasteries in the next two days, our guide is extremely knowledgable, he shared a lot of stories with us. Let me have a deeper understanding of Tibetan Buddhism. Besides, our driver was very hospitable and made our ride safe and comfortable. Although I only had a four-day journey, I had a perfect vacation. So I would like to thank you all for your excellent service to make our trip.

Hi, Lily, thank you for the perfect arrangement and our family have a nice holiday in Lhasa.
We joined the 4 Days Lhasa City Essential Group Tour with my two kids. Lhasa is so beautiful and mysterious, we visited many monasteries and the Potala Palace was so shocking to us. I can't imagine how the ancient Tibetans did it.
Because our kids are too young, we don’t choose the further trip this time. But I very except the next trip for Mt.Everest only me and my husband. To be frank, my kids had been hungry for those days as they couldn’t be used to the food in Lhasa.
But it is still a perfect journey, thank you again, my friend.

We just returned home last week from Tibet. We can not thank you enough for all of your patient help. Your team are excellent. The guide Lobsung is very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and enthusiastic. The hotels selected are very well located. To be frank, what we have paid was worth everything for the value we received.

It has been just a few days since I returned from Lhasa. We had been working on our visit to Tibet for many months in advance, it was a part of a bigger rail travel plot through Mongolia and mainland China. We chose Great Tibet Tour (GTT) after talking to a few other Tibet Tour Agencies as they appeared more reliable and the prices quoted were very competitive. Beatrice was our only contact at GTT from beginning till end she answered all our queries patiently and professionally. It was a complex trip for a group of nine who were traveling from different directions to converge in Lhasa and proceeding their own ways after. Needless to say that changes were being made up until a week before arrival into Lhasa and were were accommodated at every step by Beatrice and GTT.
Our tour guide for four days was Lhakdon (Hamesha) and she was instrumental in making this trip such a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, patient, speaks fluent English and very accommodating. Many in our group are vegetarians and Lhakdon made sure to find us the best possible options even in remote locations. Two in our group including myself made a day trip by train to Shigatse and it turned out to be the best part of our trip. When I return to Lhasa, which can't be soon enough, I would be requesting for Lhakdon to be our guide.

I have booked 3 night 4 days Lhasa Essential Group Tour with Great Tibet Tour. Before I contact with Great Tibet Tour, I have already contacted with another two local travel agencies. Finally I chose this travel agency cos it looks more reliable and trustworthy. And yes, I made a right decision! My tour guide Dajie is a excellent guide. He is good at English. The driver knows the right place to stop for photos. He takes many good photos for me.

I really enjoyed this booking experience. They are honest and when things went awry (with the weather, etc.) they made their best effort to make good. The tour group is also very fast if you have a change in your itinerary. You get a lot of flexibility when you choose your itinerary/package. I highly recommend to my friends and family and here as well!!
