Per concludere abbiamo pranzato in un posto lato piramidi a buffet con ampia scelta. L’auto che ci ha portati in giro era pulitissima, spaziosa e ricca di acqua sempre fresca. Super consigliato!

Dopo le presentazioni ci siamo diretti alle piramidi, lì i biglietti per l’ingresso nell’aerea archeologica sono stati fatti per noi dalla guida, la quale ci ha consigliato di fare anche quelli per entrare dentro la piramide. La guida ci ha poi accompagnato in giro per le piramidi raccontandoci la storia delle stesse e facendoci delle foto fantastiche! La macchina ci ha seguito e ci ha portato da un punto panoramico all’altro. Finito il giro delle piramidi e della Sfinge, ci siamo diretti ad un negozio di essenze, nel quale abbiamo avuto una dimostrazione dei diversi odori e la possibilità di acquistarne alcuni a ottimi prezzi. Le ultime due tappe sono state un ottimo pranzo in un ristorante locale, incluso nel prezzo, e per finire una dimostrazione di come viene creata la carta dai papiri in un negozio della zona. Siamo infine stati riaccompagnati in hotel! Fortemente consigliato!

On time. Car clean. Fair price. No problems. Not sure the driver spoke English, but there was a 2nd individual in the car who spoke excellent English. Felt safe. Grateful it was all without drama as we had so many negative experiences in Egypt. Countless in fact. Booked several things with Emo Tours and it all went well. Very grateful for that.

I would highly recommend this transfer! Our driver was waiting for us in our lobby and help us to the clean and air conditioned car, with water waiting for us. While we were on the way to the airport he told us about the landmarks and more about Cairo. He was pleasant!

This is a first class company. Dealing with you Taiso was really a very nice surprise to find such a professional and thoughtful travel company in Egypt. He says he’s available to you 24 hours a day, and somehow it seems to be true although it’s by chat, and not really by voice. We used Emo for all pickups and drop offs plus tours in Cairo and Abu Simbel.
Arriving at a foreign Airport and having to pick up a visa, go through immigration and get your bags and go through customs can be sometimes daunting. The meet and greet Visa processing provided my Emo made the start completely un-stressful. As soon as you arrive, you were greeted by one of the email representatives who collects your passports fills out your visa forms makes your payment and helps you collect your bags. I was really just throw them back and how easy the whole thing was I would recommend this service to every guest! The agent was responsive and helpful and getting to the transportation to the hotel easy and smooth.
On day one the guide arrived early which was great to see, and the transport clean and comfortable. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The driver superb. The others used magician to describe the drivers ability.
Our tour was excellent but lowlight was lunch of mixed grill. All of the meat were overcooked and not really enjoyable. We said it was Ok but really it was rather lousy. I told the guide privately but day two was not much better.
Day two tours were very good, and buffet lunch was also lackluster and of low quality
Evening Nile cruise was very good and transportation logistics superb
Day three tours again were excellent as the guide did an great job of managing expectations and keeping us on track. Food was served very promptly and it was the only meal I can say everyone really enjoyed that they organized. The staff realized we liked certain items and they brought more without an additional charge. I wish the other two had been half as good. The moral is pick your own restaurant.
One of the guest forgot something at the hotel and the driver and guide found a way of getting us back to the hotel to retrieve the item without anyone believing they had missed something. We were dropped off at the airport professionally and we left thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the driver and our guide.
We arrived in Luxor and our meet and greet and drop off was a bit awkward. Things didn’t seem organized and bit chaotic. We checked into the Winter Palace. Amazing hotel for less than $100 including breakfast.
Ballon ride logistics were perfect except they promised us breakfast but they seemed to have forgotten about it on the walk back. It was really not an issue since we had a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
Pick up was on-time to take us to the cruise
For AbuSimbel they arrived to pickup us up 20 minutes late and then insisted on dropping our bags off at the hotel which I didn’t like. The drivers were excellent however but the guide was very difficult to understand. I think we all tuned him out. In reality the guide was NOT necessary as he explained the highlights in 10 minutes in front of the monument and told us he would meet us at the exit.
He took us to a small local restaurant and we had chicken in tomato sauce in a clay pot which was FANTASTIC. Service was equally good.
We were dropped at the Tolip Aswan. The staff was excellent but the hotel in need of remodeling. The rooms were spacious but rather YUCKY. Dinner was not very good except for the pasta station. Expensive and a lowlight.
We were picked up promptly and professionally for our ride to the airport.

Driver didn't wear seat belt and drove like crazy, although this is quite common in Egypt, the amount of sudden acceleration and braking and swirling left and right made us quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to risk my life just to save 10 minutes on the road.
The worst part was that after they dropped us off, they demanded tips, I was shocked that they had the gut to ask for tips, pretty shameless. We've had good experiences with Emo in general, but not this one.

Thanks to Fero, I made it from my hotel to the airport in good time. He helped my fiancé and I by arranging the transport with his company when we asked him. Fero was always helpful and solicitous of our comfort, one of the best tour guides around.

I had used Emo Tours for a number of trips during my stay in Cairo. Every trip was hassle free and punctual, so for my airport transfer it was an easy choice.
Driver and guide very friendly and helpful, picked me up at the time requested. Would definitely use again for future trips.

Shereen and our driver Abd Rabo were an awesome combination. Shereen had outstanding knowledge of the ancient culture of Luxor. We covered a lot of ground with her knowledge of the different sites and were to go. A+++++

We arrive in Egypt on 23rd Dec at 8.10 the morning. I see most tours start at 9am. Are there any tours the sphinx and pyramids that start later than 9am? We leave Cairo on the 24th so have to do our sightseeing on the 23rd. Thanks
