Cedrick was a terrific guide! He was on time and gave us great information setting the back drop for the events on December 7. He was conscientious, pointing out bathrooms and snack opportunities and made sure we knew what the game plan was. He was truly a wealth of information. This was a very well-spent day!

If you have an interest in visiting these historical attractions, you will not find a more well organized and executed tour than the one provided by this company - they know what they are doing. Cedrick was our guide, and he sent a text the day before our tour with all the necessary information, and responded quickly to the questions we had. The small van was certainly better than a large bus and we were smoothly moved around to the various stops.

We cruised to Hawaii for our 50th anniversary. The cruise line was booked out for tours to Pearl Harbor. We contacted Keawe Adventures and from the first call, we had the most amazing experience. Everyone was so very helpful and informative. On the day of our tour, we were met at the cruise terminal by a strapping young U.S. Veteran, named Emerson. Emerson was our tour guide, and we soon learned of his passion to share historical events with us. Our tour was a full day, and we were accompanied by another couple. Emerson made the day very memorable with his vast knowledge of the island and Pearl Harbor. He shared that his 102-year-old grandmother witnessed the bombing of PH as a child. During our tour, we took note that other tour groups were being "Pushed" through the sites. In our case, Emerson self-paced us and allowed us to feel not being rushed throughout the sites we went to. He would offer additional insight and tidbits about unique places and events on the USS Missouri especially.
If you are looking to learn as you view the epic symbols of war, peace and sacrifice, we strongly suggest you give Keawe Adventures and Emerson an opportunity to make your trip a lasting positive memory.

We did the Pearl Harbor tour with Emerson and he was amazing! So knowledgeable about every detail of Pearl Harbor but also told us so much about Hawaiian history. A really fun person to be around - made the experience incredible. Highly recommend!

This was a fabulous trip made extra special by our guide Luis Gutierrez. Luis is the most knowledgeable guide we have had in all our years exploring the globe. His ability to put the Pearl Harbour attack into 150 years of historical context was outstanding. As an ex submariner he brought the whole Bowfin sub visit to life.
An emotional time at The Arizona memorial and then The Missouri served to bookend the 2nd World War in an informative and highly interesting way.

Emerson our guide was such a trove of amazing information! He could answer all of our questions and took care to make sure the day was what we wanted it to be. It was so great to be on a small tour and not a bus where they just drop you off and you're on your own, only 4 of us! We could take as much or little time as we wanted.
Being a couple of history buffs, we really enjoyed his knowledge of Hawaii and what took place at Pearl Harbor. Emerson has a Masters in Military History, need I say more? This tour/experience was the main reason my husband wanted to visit Oahu and he was so happy with the experience.
We had a blast and feel so fortunate to have had Emerson and Keawe Adventures to discover all things Pearl Harbor. Highly recommend!!

Our family had the best day and the best guides for our tour of Pearl Harbor. Their was 20 of us and we had two vans. They picked us up at the hotel. Had all the tickets we needed for the day. Olav Holst was our guide in our van an he was so knowledgeable. He had so many stories we did not have enough time for them all. We could have spent another day listing. Both our guides kept us on schedule an we got to see an do so much an learn so much. We will remember this day for a long time. I give them an A+ an would do this again.

If you really need to see the Arizona Memorial (It was 100% what I wanted to do) do not book a Tour. Take a Car....I paid over $200 per person and did not get on the Arizona Memorial (Because of wind) Our tour booked 10:00 Arizona Memorial tour and it was cancelled due to Winds...they started the Arizona Tours back up at 12- if we had been on our own we could have gotten on to the Arizona...so I was very bummed and felt I way overspent. The driver was very knowledgable and the van was clean. We did tour The Missouri and Bowfin but I spent most of that time sad I was not able to say my prayers over the Arizona. If money is not an object and you don't mind missing the Arizona if the ferry pauses operations then this is a well run company.

Everything was amazing with this tour group. We had a large group (29 people) and used three guides. They accommodated our group and the limitations some members had. Each guide was amazing and had so much knowledge of everything, I learned so much more with them. Would definitely recommend using them for any tours they offer, you will not be disappointed!

Our family has a great day with Nancy as our guide. She picked us up in front of our hotel, and she took great care of us all day long. We really felt like we got to see a lot the island had to offer. Every stop was well planned, and we did not feel rushed. Thank you for a great and memorable day!
