Perfect. Could not have asked for more. We had a car so could possibly have found these places with lengthy research. But so much easier to be taken and so much better to hear from someone who knows so much about all of it. Great to interact and have any questions answered. Stephen was delightful. It was the best choice we’ve made all trip. Highly recommend.

Stephan was an amazingly knowledgeable tour guide and great company! He took great care in sharing little known facts about the truly remarkable geothermal sites in the area. And what sights to see! I won’t spoil the specifics of the journey, but the sights were other worldly and the whole family learned a great deal about the history, natural phenomena, and botany of the area. Stephan was also kind enough to drop us at Te Pa Tu following to ensure we could make our other tour. I highly recommend this tour!!!

Are you looking for an unforgettable experience . . . Then this is the way to go. Stephen was knowledgeable and friendly. His tour is engaging and quite informative. If you feel like you are knee deep in research, look no further. This is the trip for you.

Stephen our guide was fabulous in every way. He was responsive via email prior to the tour and punctual. His knowledge of the area was vast and he took the time to answer all our questions. The tour itself was the perfect balance of history, culture, science and a nice bit of self indulgence at the end, soaking in thermal pools. Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing tour with great information and so much fun! A highlight of our trip for sure. This tour has everything - hiking, views, mud pools and volcanic action, and the best part was the thermal pools!

Our guide Stephen was amazing. He took us to some of the most beautiful hot lakes and we got a chance to get some spectacular pictures ( one of my favorite was the lake nested in Rainbow mountain)Other highlights for me were a dip in Kerosene Creek and Waikite pools. Stephen was very conscious of our Safety on this trip and brought equipment to check the water to make sure it was safe to enter. I would highly recommended this tour

Stephan was amazing! An extremely knowledgeable guide, ensuring that the trip was safe and - above all - a wonderful adventure and trip through the NZ country side and mountain ranges. He has found a perfect balance of site seeing with short travel in between stops with time to walk and explore each, along with a soothing and natural spa experience. It provides you an excellent understanding of geological evolution and plant life of NZ, and incorporates amazing, unique vistas along the way. Thank you again for everything!!!

We did both the Glow worm tour as well as the Thermal Path tour with Stephen. Without a doubt, they were our two favorite tours during our visit to NZ. Stephen is incredibly knowledgeable, and is an entertaining and informative guide. He obviously loves the area, and his attention to detail is top notch. We highly recommend this tour with Stephen!
