Trent was een geweldige gids. Hij heeft ons veel plekken van Tasmanië laten zien en wist veel te vertellen onderweg en met de hikes. We hadden een leuke gemengde groep en de accommodatie waren super.

10/10—hands down, the best tour of Tasmania!
I was beyond impressed with this 4-day experience. It packed in so much, and there’s no way I could have done it all on my own. Being part of a small group made it even better, everyone was so friendly, and we all bonded right from day one.
Every day was filled with unforgettable moments, whether it was breathtaking natural sights or incredible wildlife encounters. The accommodation was carefully hand-picked in stunning locations, offering private and personal access to wildlife. Imagine roasting marshmallows while being surrounded by wombats, quolls, and wallabies, then looking up to stargaze at the Milky Way—an absolutely magical experience.
Our tour guide and operator Trent was outstanding, so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and incredibly well-organized. He made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
Supporting local and small businesses is so important, and with the exceptional service Wild Tasmania Tours provides, it’s a no-brainer to book with them if you’re planning to explore Tasmania!

Wow! Just returned from the best 4 day touring experience ever! Trent, the owner and guide, shares a wealth of knowledge along every turn, each stop tailored down to perfection. Be sure to bring shoes with tread to enjoy every level of hike offered, a small day pack and a water bottle. There are plenty of pit stops and refilling stations along the journey. Traveling with a maximum 13 people makes for a cozy experience to get to know other likeminded people from around the world. We had a lovely mix of singles and couples. Act fast, these tours fill up fast! !

Trent runs a fun and engaging trip giving us all a great overview of some of NZ's best sights and scenes. His knowledge and professionalism are second to none. His get up and go attitude spread through the entire group, helping to create a nice dynamic with folks from all over the world.

This is an amazing tour so well delivered in all its components: content, logistics, places, safety, expectations management. Trent is very knowledgeable of the flora and fauna of Tasmania, and made all possible efforts to provide us with the most pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

This has been the best organised tour that my sister and I have ever been on. Thankyou Trent for making it so special, you have been able to show us the most amazing places of unbelievable scenery and places we have ever witnessed, We felt we were in the dinosaur era at times, the sea was the most amazing colour blue, swimming in the cleanest water on this planet. We saw lots of Australian animals, examples of these are Echidna, wallabies, Tasmanian Tigers, wombats, Quolls, Eagles, etc. Thankyou Trent

If you are looking for an amazing Tasmanian tour pick this one ! Trent is amazing. He is organized , knowledgeable, and makes sure you get to see so many amazing parts of Tasmania. He goes out of his way to look for wildlife experiences , picks times to avoid crowds and has such amazing accommodations.

This tour was nothing short of amazing! Trent made it such a memorable experience for our group-he is super passionate about Tasmania and went to great lengths to show us and tell us all about the history, the wildlife, the flora and fauna of each area we visited. We covered a lot of ground in 4 days and saw so much! Highlights were Franklin River , Nelson Falls and the walk around Dove Lake, Wineglass Bay and Hazards Bay 900+ stairs, Devils Corner winery, several waterfalls, and all the wildlife we saw (platypus, wombats, echidnas, wallabies, kangaroos, Tassie devils, quolls, lizards, sheep, cows, horses and one special alpaca!)
Trent cooked us a yummy BBQ one night and knew where to send us for good eats on the other days-great bakeries, brekkie spots and a berry farm for fresh berries and cherries. Van Diemens ice cream is a must experience!
Accommodations were lovely- clean and well appointed, yet simple. I travelled on my own and was pleased to connect with other solo female travelers on the tour! Do this tour! You will love every minute and will be sad when it’s over. Thank you, Trent, for showing the magic of Tassie!!
