It was really good! We were given good, clear instructions, a very friendly instructor, and the canoeing experience as a whole was fantastic. Spectacular views throughout - a shame we couldn’t take photos! We will likely be back again for another outing. Thank you Jay for our afternoon on Derwent Water.

Amazing day with Adam and enjoyed every bits of it! Make sure you get to the car park at least 30 min ahead during busy seasons. Everything was perfect and it was a beautiful enticing experience!

Great canoe taster experience! My 10-year-old daughter was initially worried about capsizing but was soon put at ease by Toby our instructor, and once on the water she loved it. A single canoe took us both, and after some practice we rowed around the little island just off Crow park & back. You'd have to try pretty hard to capsize one. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to any family on holiday in the lakes. Thanks MobileAdventure!

We had a great time canoeing on this beautiful lake with our guide Woody who was excellent. Our boys aged 14 and 12 loved it too, especially swimming in the lake on our adventure.

What a fantastic time we had, Woody made it so much fun and was very knowledgeable about the mountains around the lake. He also judged the pace perfectly and for those that wanted to get wet he gave that opportunity with fun activities. He also took photos for everyone to save our mobiles from getting a dip. Brilliant, just book it, you will not have a better time for the money.

Fantastic time spent with John who could not have been nicer. Helpful and experienced and keen to make sure we had the best time celebrating as a family one of our daughters 21st. Weather was brilliant which was a bonus. Everything about it was great but John's sense of fun and added activities made it extra great. Jumping in and get wet highly recommended. Would highly recommend to anyone I'm now hooked and want to take up canoeing. Thanks for a great time and sending us great pics of the day John. One of the best activities I've experienced great value for money. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a fantastic time canoeing. We were given challenges and our kids,12 and 15years had a great time. Woodie our guide was great,he really encouraged the kids and made us feel relaxed and at ease. We were definitely taken out of our comfort zone,jumping off a bridge into the water which was great fun. I would definitely recommend this and both kids said they had a great time.

The canoe experience was a brilliant day out on the lake. The scenery was incredible, with lots of mountains, greenery and the calm waters of Derwent. The lake is crystal clear, and as you row across you can see to bottom. There are a number of beautiful stops along the chosen route to travel, and plenty of time to take photos. At no point did the experience feel rushed. We were able to go along at our own pace and stop whenever we needed. John was the one who took us out onto the lake, and he was very polite and chatty. He made a big effort with us and truly made the day one to remember.
