Lovely accommodation with amazing location on site. We stayed here with my ten and eight year old and we were opposite the play park so children could play there. Close to the entertainment area where we enjoyed bingo and singers. Not something on every night but we liked that as some nights we played cards and pool. Lovely swimming pool too. We will be staying again. Jane is so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even letting us into the accommodation earlier than planned, this was really appreciated.

Perfect Location
We booked this holiday home for family to stay in as it was close to St Agnes where a wedding was taking place. The accommodation was in the perfect location to access Perranporth and St Agnes. It was clean and had all the equipment needed. The beach games were a great addition which the teenagers and children in the party made use of.
It was reasonable in terms of price and Jane was the perfect host and responded to queries quickly and even left the bride a wedding gift and card. A great holiday was had by all, thank you.

Holiday home
Super spot, house was what is needed for a relaxing holiday. Facilities were great for the young ones and the food was very tasty. We used the excellent home as we were attending my daughter and son in laws wedding at Nancarrow Farm.

FANTASTIC LOCATION WITH STUNNING BEACHES NEARBY !
We had a great week here in October, great location with so many stunning beaches nearby -- this is a lovely 3 bedroom house on this lovely holiday complex with indoor swimming pool + sauna - bar and restaurant - football and table tennis and basketball area -- tennis courts available so we had tennis tournaments each day --- this house is surrounded by lots of gardens and grounds -- ideal for the kids to play and relax ---- We loved Perranporth with its amazing beach and fab cafes and restaurants // bars and Porthtowan was fantastic with great restaurants and stunning beach and kids play area next to the beach ---- Jane was a great host and nothing was too much trouble so we cant wait to come back -- Thanks Jane x

A great little place near to beaches and Tourist spots
This was a great little place which was bigger than I expected with good sized bedrooms and a nice open lounge to relax in. The site was probably a little tired but there was everything we needed. Due to covid we had to book our swim a day in advance for a 40 minute slot. But we did get to swim Daily.
St Agnes beach is a short drive and we loved it there and later in the week we visited Nequay Porth beach , Truro and the Eden project.
So a great spot for a family holiday, a nice tidy clean house, just the site felt quite dated.

Thank you so much for your review ... im so pleased that you enjoyed your stay here ..... this is a lovely modern spacious 3 bedroom property like you said ..... all freshly painted and equipped with everything you could need for your stay ..... This is a lovely little holiday park set in lots of gardens, they have worked hard to keep the swimming pool open during Covid ... as im sure you can understand things have been difficult this year .... We have so many guests whol love to spend time here ..... and i hope you will come and stay again soon ..... i am surprised you did not give us 4 Stars ! xxx Anyway thank you for leaving yr review Jane

Dog friendly holiday
We booked a last minute break here with our dogs and were very pleased. Jane the owner couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. There’s a very good onsite club, shop and indoor pool. It’s a short drive from very dog friendly Perranporth, where the beach and almost all the cafes and pubs are too. Plenty of places to eat a variety of different food. Newquay is not far, again very dog friendly. Rick Stein’s does really good food and drinks. It was like being abroad sitting there in the lovely sunshine watching the surfers.
Thoroughly recommend!

Great place
VERY nice place to stay with a family. Children loved the pool, tennis and crazy golf. Close to amazing beach and all attractions.

Great Property and Location
We were down for the week for a Family wedding in Newquay and decided we wanted to stay somewhere quieter and subsequently chose Perran View in Perranporth. We found the accommodation lovely, Spacious and Clean aswell as having all amenities required.
The location of the property is ideal for the beach (5mins by car) and is only 10-12mins from Newquay so makes an excellent base for exploring the area.

Ideal holiday let.
Our grandchildren loved this holiday park. The pool was great, especially for the 5year old. Our cottage was directly opposite the kids play area,and club house and pool. Perranporth was not too far away, you could walk there but a car is advised. We would visit again.

What a lovely review ...... thank you so much ....... this is a lovely house well equipped with everything you could need for your holiday ...... and like you said this holiday resort is perfect for family holidays together ... my own children love it here aswell ........ the staff are just lovely and really look after the children ....... amazing location close to Perranporth and St Agnes, and just a few miles from Newquay ... we try really hard to get our guests in the mood for their holiday with free brochures in the post, and we send videos and information about Cornwall and days out etc ........ this really helps to get our guests in the mood for their holiday ............ Thanks again for taking the time to leave your amazing review -- and thats great to hear that you will visit again in future ....... please let me know when you are thinking of visiting again ......... Great base for. Family holiday
Site looks a little dated as it's on he old spitfire site but dog friendly, swimming pool cleaned regularly and life guarded, shop is adequate for essentials, small cafe corner food is tasty and cooked properly, crazy golf and tennis courts were a god send, launderette was more than efficient and staff are absolutely lovely, pleasant more than willing to help and very helpful whatever your needs.
