we appreciate your reporting back on your stay to fellow travelers and to us at the hotel, it is always good to know what our guests are thinking and we do understand your feelings on the cost of room service. It is not unfortunately something that we can promise to change as the main component in it is the cost of staffing. Glad you enjoyed the hotel and found its location convenient, hope to see you again!

Dear HFMartins,
we are so sorry that your stay was uncomfortable due to the warm weather that hit Milan during your visit. The hotel is fully air conditioned with a centralized system that is usually switched on when summer comes. We did start it early this year due to the unexpected rise in temperatures, but it took a few days for the rooms to cool fully. Currently, only premium rooms have a separate system with individual controls. Sorry you were not happy with this stay, hope you give us a second chance.

Westin calls its brand exclusive bed Heavenly and from your comment it looks like you truly found it so! Thank you for your lovely comments and for posting about your visit to Milan, sharing your experience with other Tripadvisor travelers. We agree with you that a tea/coffee maker in the room would be a cozy touch, but Italian law on fire prevention does not allow us to make one available in the type of building where our hotel is housed. We hope to see you again and that the sun will shine when you next visit!

Friends getaways are huge fun, aren’t they?! We can see from your comments on your stay that this trip of yours was a good one and we’re delighted that with the hospitality and services of our hotel we somehow managed to contribute to your having a good time in Milan.
We cannot promise we will have a pool available for your next visit, but we do have sauna rooms in the WestinWorkOut facility, so maybe you will want to come again and try them out. We look forward to having you here again!
