The Night Swan is in a quiet residential area, on the west side of the intracoastal waterway. We were so happy with the accommodations & hospitality at the Night Swan ICW B & B that we just had to comment . Our one week stay in the Manatee Room was very relaxing, quiet and entertaining at the same time. The sitting room next to the bedroom had direct views of the Indian River (ICW) with some amazing boat traffic, bird watching and views of the peaceful mangroves. I chose this location because it was close to the water and to my work location. The staff/owners are so friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the dock out on the water, dinner at a nearby restaurant, and the evening out on the balcony. The breakfast was the best you can imagine. I really enjoyed my stay at the Night Swan, the room I stayed in was adorable. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and even had a whirlpool tub. I have enjoyed exploring New Smyrna Beach (NSB) from the beach side many times. This was an opportunity to stay in and explore a different part of the town. I love NSB because it is quaint, quiet and not the tourist town that it's neighbor Daytona is.
